I can't say enough about the staff at this UPS Store. Came in a couple of weeks ago to return some amazon packages and was serenaded by one of the staff (name held to protect the innocence). This started a regular expectation of a song every time I come in the store. Cindy was amazing helping me to get a mail box for my business but we (the staff and I) always have a good time with lots of joke and laughter. The staff is very helpful and I love the energy they bring. I recommend this store if you looking for great customer service and a staff that will put a smile on your face, make your way down to the Lake Mary UPS Store. Thank you guys for all you do.

I’m super happy this location is right down the street from where I live so convenient. Everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful. Great customer service in my opinion starts at the front desk. However, Cindy has STELLAR Customer Service her friendly approach and smile is so pleasing every time I go in. Does she get a day off? Lol. Her attention to detail and courtesy in making sure you have everything you need is amazing especially in this day and age. No rush for you to get out but genuinely concern for your particular need. THANK YOU Cindy!!

I LOVE this UPS store. I live in Deland and work in Lake Mary and I purposefully wait until I go to work so I can go to this UPS location. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and fast. Cindy is spectacular! She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to help customers.

I frequent this store to drop off boxes for work. Usually the staff is very kind and allows me to borrow their dolly to bring in the boxes. This time Alex told me he would not lend it to me bring my boxes in, no reason or apology.

Horrible service. I had to wait 20 minutes to get an Amazon return receipt and my fax wasn't being done. This was an important package and an important fax. WOW!! Manager was too busy socializing and his employee couldn't remember what happened 5 minutes ago. Have some originization. I'm not using this location again.
