I can't say enough about the staff at this UPS Store. Came in a couple of weeks ago to return some amazon packages and was serenaded by one of the staff (name held to protect the innocence). This started a regular expectation of a song every time I come in the store. Cindy was amazing helping me to get a mail box for my business but we (the staff and I) always have a good time with lots of joke and laughter. The staff is very helpful and I love the energy they bring. I recommend this store if you looking for great customer service and a staff that will put a smile on your face, make your way down to the Lake Mary UPS Store. Horrible service. It should never take more than a week to get a medication through the mail. This process only works for medications that you have automatic refill. Otherwise you will be waiting for 2 weeks. Of you expedite your order on the app it doesn't save. When you talk to someone o. The phone they don't retain anything you tell them and also don't expedite. Horrible service! ~Amber

Every time I walk in the Lake Mary home depot I am greeted by Allan and Candace in outside garden They are always in stock with a beautiful selection of pavers and wall, They're very helpful As well as knowledgeable, You can tell that the associates in the store care about Product being in stock for their customers it is by far the best home depot ever.
