I must admit I don’t shop at Home Depot often, but today was an eye opener. My wife and I needed a breaker and couldn’t find it in Lowes. As I was looking for the one I needed an employee came up to help us without being asked. He knew they did not have what I was looking for, but was able to tell me where I could go to find one. Great customer service. I do need to say I was in Lowes twice yesterday trying to find what I needed. The first breaker I bought turned out to be the wrong one and on the second trip I was not able to find the right one. All together I was at Lowes probably a good 30 minutes without anyone stopping to help me.

Garden Dept has wonderful selection on house plants.. Found nice orchid and bromelia. Would recommend.

Every time I walk in the Lake Mary home depot I am greeted by Allan and Candace in outside garden They are always in stock with a beautiful selection of pavers and wall, They're very helpful As well as knowledgeable, You can tell that the associates in the store care about Product being in stock for their customers it is by far the best home depot ever. Linda at customer service is so polite and very knowledgeable. Great with setting up deliveries.

The store layout was a little confusing. It reminded me of Lowes in many regards. I had a little difficulty finding an associate for assistance, but when I did, they were spot on and extremely helpful. Wanting to avoid using up extra, and valuable time, I used the self check out in the garden center.

All it takes is one bad experience! Called the store to try and rent a box truck, was told "there's only one left and it's first come first serve so hurry and get down here." So I hurried and got down there and after waiting in a very long customer service line, because of course they had just reopened after the hurricane, and got to a customer service rep and said I'd like to rent one of the two box trucks it's in the parking lot.... Only to find neither one of them could have been rented in the first place because one had a flat tire and one needed all new tires. How about let's brush up on our customer service knowledge and skills Home Depot.

Shopped here many times, always feel like I'm interfering with employees getting their work done. They have no problem closing the aisle your shopping in, or stepping in front of you to stock shelves. Why are deliveries and shelf stocking not done overnight or during less busy hours. Customer service isn't what it used to be.

Never should have purchased the warranty!!!! I purchased a 5 year warranty for a washer and dryer, I am needing service at 3 years and it’s requiring many forms to be filled out and gave our proof of receipt yet Home Depot is denying claim. Total waste of money.

I have had a superb experience with all Home depot across the nation. However, particularly with Rick at this Lake Mary location, this employee is exceptional and Top Notch! Always, displays a professional attitude. His customer service is First Class. He goes above and beyond to greet you and ensures that all your needs are met. Kudos and please reward him immensely from a military officer retired that always conduct business here.

This Home Depot is a nightmare. We waited 30min and asked two associates to get assistance in flooring. We have 1300sq ft we wanted to purchase that day and the lady that came over to us said she’d call us and of course we never were able to get in touch with her again. Really frustrating that we are paying customers and no one at that store seemed to know what they were doing or any customer service.

I called 27 different Home Depot’s around me to find the exact item I needed and unfortunately every store was sold out. This store however, particularly Logan at this store took the time to check on the item and see if he had any more coming in. He took time out of his shift to help me and made sure I got one and kept me up to date every step of the way! Thank you so much Logan you have no idea how happy you made me and my wife. Nate was also very helpful when I came to pick the item up as Logan was off when I got in. Nate was very friendly and helped me get my item and talked to me for a minute and was a great guy! Thanks you two keep up the great work!!
