I got a gel manicure. It peeled off completely, each nail in their entirety by the middle of the next day. The only time I have ever had this happen is when I have given myself a gel manicure at home with sub par polish. Even then, the polish does not peel off all at once. I called and explained that I wanted a refund, not a new manicure. I wasn't impressed with the service to begin with. I was told I would get $15 back instead of the $35 I paid because $20 of the manicure goes to cuticles and $15 goes to polish. She asked if I were the woman who got their nails painted with the grey/blue the day before. That that particular polish does that...which leads me to believe that the know their product isn't up to par but are willing to charge people $35 for a manicure they know won't last a full 24 hours. I didn't go back for the $15 because it wasn't worth my time. I went with two other people and everyone had something negative to say about their experience. One person didn't have the cuticles cleaned at all. The other had nail polish on their skin on several toes after their pedicure. On a separate note, everyone who worked there was very friendly. Even though the services aren't great, the staff was pretty friendly and seemed to like working there. Service: Manicure

I have NEVER been to a nail salon where the tech just stops in the middle of a pedicure and jumps to another client!! There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this experience..... not a place I would return to!! Service: Pedicure

I notice the place is so dirty--the floor, ,etc. AND I feel some of the workers look so unclean ....ugh. I find the lady a very rude, discourteous person...each time I have been there. No "hello, thank you " Of course I am not a weekly client. and I see she speaks English. I decided this last time was thee last visit. Shopping at Lowe's I just do a quick drop in and regret it later. Sitting on a stool drying my pedicure, 2 half filled coffee cups, and solid coffee rings stared me in the face. Can't believe they do a business . AVOiD this salon!! They should read these reviews and learn from them. No wonder you don't need an appt. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Avoid!!! We should've taken it as a sign when we walked in and there were no other patrons. For a pedicure, the basin was not filled with water until 10 minutes in. I requested the foot spa portion and tried to be peppy saying that was one of the best parts. I was ignored. I asked my friend if hers was going and he finally answered that they don't turn it on until its filled. They had a slow trickle going. It was turned on for a solid minute before my feet were out again. The "hot towels" were lukewarm drenched towels. So that was unpleasant. We were ushered to our seats before picking a color so there was an awkward dance about what color we wanted nearing the end. The guy begins painting my nails like a 5 year old. A huge glob of clear coat fell behind my baby toe and he just kept going. He had to paint several times as the color was uneven in many places. He kept digging paint on the skin away with his fingernail. With how badly he was painting this occurred a lot. The skin around my nails feel raw. The end result looks like something I would have done at home after 2 glasses of wine. They weren't personable at all throughout the process and ignored us. Just silence except for us talking to each other, as there isn't even music. Then to top it off they charged more than was listed at the counter and I didn't request anything extra. So the awful communication, ugly finished product, and additional charges... safe to say I'll never go there again even though they're within walking distance. Service: Pedicure

Awful. Absolutely awful experience! Sorry, there are no kind words... A cautionary tale.. Loan gouged my toe and made it bleed to "fix an ingrown nail" (that I never had before in my whole life and have had pain from ever since). She just shrugged, made some assinine comment and just laughed it off. I personally found the environment to be dirty, the polish job amateurish and it to be a waste of time and money in general. I cringe every time I pass by there and wish that I had never gone in the first place! I seldom post reviews in general. But, please do yourself (and nails) a favor and forego this one! Ugghhh! smh Be safe and well out there everyone!

The lady refused to do acrylic nails on my girls, said they could only get poly gel BUT didn’t use that either. Did awful artwork and when the girls nails peeled 20 minutes after being done, we went back for a refund and this woman REFUSED again. She was rude with my nine year olds and VERY unprofessional 🙄 Service: Manicure

Got a manicure with gel polish and a regular pedicure. The staff was super friendly and did a great job! My nails look amazing and the hand and foot massages were thorough and so relaxing! I will definitely be back in a few weeks!

Been here a couple of times because it's close to my house but today I was really impressed. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and left really satisfied. The staff is super friendly and I never have to wait for a long period of time to get serviced. Tony did my pedicure and I was so impressed! Relaxing and I almost dozed off! Lol. He took his time and gave me the best massage! Toes came out looking great as well. Lo Ann did her thing with the design. Eyebrows looked good too. I might have found my new place to get my pedicures!! Definitely recommended.
