So incredibly disappointed in this store and how they treat their customers. Manager David, Tempest and Arianna were some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come into contact with. I have cancelled all future auto renewals (over $150/monthly) and plan to visit Petsmart and / or order from Chewy from here on out. It is important to respect ALL, for you never know what someone is going through. I treated each individual with the upmost respect and all I got in return was an attitude, agitated disrespectful employers. I have contacted corporate and truly hope they will take this as seriously.

I’ve been taking my dog to grooming salon in Petco for over 3years now. Taylor mainly took care of him and sometimes the other staff will cover if she’s not available and they all do a wonderful and great job and offered an outstanding service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great service!

I scheduled a vet appointment at Thrive Affordable Vet online and didn’t realize that it was in the same building as Petco. I was taking my dog to Hilltop Vet and was looking for a cheaper alternative. I saved about $120.00 on her shots.

Horrible customer service. Some of the groomers lack training which is managements problem. I am not a stickler on my dogs grooming i just like it to be nice and neat the grooming services were decent but i give customer service zero stars i will NOT be back to this location

Vetco formally Thrive , let me start off by thanking god for these people. They single handedly saved our eldest dog Layla. We had Layla at a previous vet and when we tried to take her on an emergency they denied her and said they cant do anything for her. Layla had a tear in her throat from excessive barking so everytime she barked she would fill up her head and throat with air thus restricting her breathing and Layla was turning blue. Vetco took her right away and helped calm her down and found a location that we could take her to get a life saving procedure. We have no kids and Layla is our child we adore her and Vetco / Thrive showed her the same love and care not only for her but for us and I will be forever grateful for them and what they did for our family. Layla is now healthier then ever and she is a member of the Vetco family along with our 2 new members of the family. Thank you thank you thank you !

I took my labradoodle for grooming. My dog looks pitiful after grooming. I'm passed the point that they gave her completely different grooming than what I asked but her hair looks very choppy. You can see all the clipping marks. Some parts are short to skin some patchy long hair left. Looks like 10 year old child gave her a cut. I will not bring Stella for grooming again. And I paid over $100 I'm so angry!

In the past two weeks, I bought 3 guinea pigs and all the accessories for them The staff has been awesome every time I have had to go in. The only complaint I have is that they don't really have great cages in their stores for my pigs, but no store does. It's most likely a cost of shipping issue so I won't hold it against them.
