Gigi was great. Super professional, really talented. Only reason for 1 star review is they are never open. Today is Wednesday and they are closed. We have been trying to book again with Gigi but either closed or about to close. People work and to close at 5pm on weekdays is ridiculous but that’s them. Service: Haircut

I took my 8 year old grandson yesterday to get a haircut to Sports Clip for the first time in Holly Springs. And, I am so thankful Crystal was the stylist to do his hair. She is soooooo wonderful. My grandson was so comfortable with her. I say this because he has a problem with noises too close to his head. She understood that and treated him so gently, told him step by step what she was going to do..I totally will return and hopefully have Crystal as the stylist....Great place. Thank you Crystal.... This place never opens on time, I get haircuts in the morning because my nights and afternoons are hectic. They claim to open at 10 am and even let you get in line as early as 10 am, but every time I’m stuck waiting until some time after 11 before they even open up for business. If you open at 11 then just say that. Service: Haircut

Signed in with an 11 minute wait for a stylist. Arrived to be on deck and they reset my 4 year old to a 40 minute wait 😳. Needless to say, we opted for another stylist when one became available 20 minutes later. We normally have a great experience but the new system is a little crazy. We miss his old stylist who moved as his cut today left a weird angel on his bang hairline but we will spike it until it grows back, overall though a good cut. To add to the fun the computer system failed and didn't accept credit cards which is what I had to pay and added to the wait, with my thankfully very patient child. They are taking necessary COVID precautions!

Great place! I messed up at setting up my appointment because the online registration and appointment setup process is a bit complicated, so I had to wait a few extra minutes. However, once I was called in, Mara was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Mara explained the online appointment process clearly and to my satisfaction. She is very friendly and professional.

I have been going here since they opened. I spent 27 years in the Navy and continued that same haircut. This year I decided to grow my hair out. The ladies have been so helpful in helping me figure that out. Sarah the Manager is awesome. She helped me find the style I like and does an amazing job. Very friendly and professional.

I took my son for a cut and it was such a bad experience. She cut 2 different parts in his hair and shaved off half of his eyebrow! Photo below shows missing eyebrow. I'm so disappointed because I've been there several times before and had a great experience. It's hard to get past missing half an eyebrow though.
