This is the only place I’ll go. Kayla is phenomenal every time she cuts/highlights/blondes my hair. Nina has cut my hair on occasion before and she does a great job as well! The rest of the team is always so friendly. When I moved to the area I left my old hair girl in my hometown and waited way too long to set an appointment out of fear of catching someone on a bad day. At my initial appointment I showed Kayla a picture of the layered blonde highlighted hair I wanted (and also showed her pictures of what I did not want) and she nailed it. Since then she’s gotten to know what I like (long and blonde) and I trust her enough to tell her do whatever she’s feeling (layers, straight cut, face framing) and I’m ALWAYS happy with the outcome. My husband, who is very particular about his hair, also now only goes here to see Kayla (he also loved Hannah). Online booking is quick and easy if you understand how to use the booking platform… select the services you want done and then make sure your preferred person is selected, otherwise it assigns first available. It was my first haircut at this saloon , and it was a disaster, I was very disappointed. I looked up in the mirror after coming home and haircut was super messy wasn’t professional at all. She didn’t even check if my hair was properly cut or not … the edges aren’t cut properly, she forgot to cut on other side … honestly it’s waste of money going there … we must get good service for money. I don’t know why I gave her good tip for her service even service was worst, I realized after coming home that she didn’t cut my properly … I had to spend time to DYI by looking in the mirror … I felt very bad and wasted my time , money , and gas by visiting this saloon . The least I would expect from them treat customer hair like their own hair and handle carefully. Let me post some of my pictures if don’t believe me. My wife has been searching for someone she trusts to do her hair for quite a while. She has had Maria do her color and cut a few times now, and she couldn't be happier! A 40 minute drive to here from home, but well worth it to get high quality treatment. Maria is now her Go To stylist. A very popular establishment. Booked up, but were super nice and squeezed me in, again.

The people are nice but after making time for a 2 and a half hour appointment my stylist told me she couldn’t do a balayage and I would have to make a new appointment to get someone else to do it. I didn’t want to feel like I wasted my time so got a trim and layers and it felt like she cut for way too long and kept second guessing herself. Literally walked out of there and started crying on the walk to my car because i felt like she cut so much off and I couldn’t get what I really wanted done.

Not at all fantastic. The stylist had no sense of what color I asked for. There was no change in color before and after my visit. I showed her the type of color I wanted for my hair but no results. She was like since your hair is black that’s why the color is not reflecting. Are you serious. Wastage of time and money. I think they don’t know what customer service is. She could have asked me to re-do it but no she did not offer anything. Even 1 star is too much for them. Services: Balayage, Hair coloring

Love love love my cut and color by Kayla! I was a little nervous to get highlights but needed not to have worried as she did an amazing job. Beautiful natural looking highlights and a great cut too. Thanks Kayla, I’ll definitely be back!
