Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Yeah, but no. One out of four young ladies who were working actually seemed like she cared about my order and what was happening. When another young lady basically threw my food over the glass and said here you go I knew something was wrong. I checked the food and things were missing. I guess I intimidated them because I asked for the missing items because they all switched up quick. Who pays for something, but walks right out KNOWING that you didn't get everything you paid for? The picture attached is also a part of the missing items. Not sure if anything else was done to it but it was thrown together by a mad teenager 😬 ~It

Sport Clips Haircuts of Holly Springs

I took my 8 year old grandson yesterday to get a haircut to Sports Clip for the first time in Holly Springs. And, I am so thankful Crystal was the stylist to do his hair. She is soooooo wonderful. My grandson was so comfortable with her. I say this because he has a problem with noises too close to his head. She understood that and treated him so gently, told him step by step what she was going to do..I totally will return and hopefully have Crystal as the stylist....Great place. Thank you Crystal.... Walgreens Pharmacy

Poor customer service. Supervisor on duty on 2/19/22 rude, unapologetic, hung up on me and refused to give me her name or or Managers name to call back and ask for. I placed an order that should have been ready for pick up 3 days ago. Part of it was completed and I did receive an email. When calling about the order to check the status the first lady was very helpful, polite and tried to resolve by finding my order. Unsuccessful, she transferred me. Where the supervisor said, "we don't have your order it was canceled" (which is not true because online it still says pending). I asked why I didn't get contacted about the order and all she could say is I don't know things happen. There are multiple people that work here. No I'm sorry, no accountability and did not try to help me further. I asked to speak to her manager, looking for someone who could help out and come up with a solution. She refused to give me his name said you can call back and talk to him Monday... I would need to know who to ask for. She said she wasn't allowed to give me his name and that she was not going to give me hers, she then proceeded to hang up on me. This is unacceptable behavior especially from a supervisor. I would like to be contacted so we could work out a solution to this matter. ~sylvana

Burger King

Given that Covid had shrunk their staff to sometimes only 2 people working the whole restaurant, I am amazed at how friendly and courteous the staff have been, despite other customers berating them for the "slow service." We expected it to be slower than usual, and were very satisfied with our food. We made special requests on our burgers and they were met. The sides were nice and hot so they stayed excellent for our at-home eating. Well done, BK staff! ~Karen

First National Bank

Terrible business banking policies. Beware, your business debt card is not protected from fraud. Yadkin will give you excuse after excuse, misreprsent a "fraud claim document", force you to sign it, and ultimately deny your claim based on it. They fall back on an obscure federal regulation "regulation E" that gives them a loop hole. My debt card was hacked from somewhere ( they claim Home Depot) and used two states away. I used my card within minutes of the fraudulent act. Yadkins third party fraud service caught it. Sounds good, but... Yadkin told me they could not stop the charges and would not reimburse me because regulation e said they did not have too. Worst bank ever. They just lost a 2.5 millon dollar a year business account. Silly fools. ~robert

Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Maybe I was spoiled at the NW Cary location but this pharmacy didn’t want to check another locations system for my prescription, told me I’d have to come back and they would “try” to access it after I confirmed it was sent to another one. Even though I had a screaming newborn and another kiddo with me and clearly didn’t want to return mid pandemic when she could just transfer it over. They then told me they can’t do curbside although the website states they do. The Fuquay location and one in park side town commons are much friendlier and more helpful. I am super irritated with this one. Go somewhere with drive up it’s more convenient ~Bethany
