We've been banking with First National Bank for over 12 years and have always been great to us! The employees here at the Holly Springs branch have always been amazing, polite and ready to help and answer any questions!

Terrible business banking policies. Beware, your business debt card is not protected from fraud. Yadkin will give you excuse after excuse, misreprsent a "fraud claim document", force you to sign it, and ultimately deny your claim based on it. They fall back on an obscure federal regulation "regulation E" that gives them a loop hole. My debt card was hacked from somewhere ( they claim Home Depot) and used two states away. I used my card within minutes of the fraudulent act. Yadkins third party fraud service caught it. Sounds good, but... Yadkin told me they could not stop the charges and would not reimburse me because regulation e said they did not have too. Worst bank ever. They just lost a 2.5 millon dollar a year business account. Silly fools.

Yadkin Bank in Holly Springs is probably the worst banking experience you can imagine. I was in banking for 5+ years and when I was getting added to an account they completely ignored the fact that they needed to collect proper documentation that is required by the federal government, something called the US Patriot Act. They said "oh the law has changed". BS... You know, the law that the government put in place after 9/11 to help catch terrorist.. yeah, that one.. they said "oh yeah we do not need to get that information anymore" RIGHTTTT Not to mention there was security issues when a teller just opened the bankers desk, pulled out her keys, and opened the bankers files. Then I wanted to talk to the manager to get the account set up CORRECTLY, and she kept saying "well what do you want me to do" she didn't know what the banker did, YOU ARE THE BRANCH MANAGER, OWN UP TO IT! FIX IT, AND FOLLOW THE LAWS!! I went back in there to get something taken care of, and they were just snarky- and rude!! If I was the DM there, I would fire almost every single person in that branch...
