I received a surprise arrangement for my birthday that came through this florist. I would never order flowers from this location or recommend this location to anyone. The flowers I received had large gaps and the flowers were broken, wilted, and some were even dead. I called the store and after being put on hold for several minutes, I spoke with someone to explain the situation. Since I did not order the flowers and the order came through FTD, I was told my options were a new arrangement could be sent out free of charge with fresh flowers or the sender could contact FTD for a refund. If a replacement with fresh flowers could be sent to me, then why weren't fresh flowers just sent to me in the first place? I will let the sender know so hopefully they can get a refund. Not impressed with the customer service or the flowers from this location.

Not sure what happened with this florist but someone needs to oversee what leaves the store. I’ve never received a more sad looking arrangement. They arrived like this. Large gaps in the arrangement, with some already wilted/half dead flowers in it. The greenery is hanging off the side and some flowers were cut too short so they are shoved down low into the arrangement. Flowers are supposed to make you smile. This made me sad. I hope other people aren’t getting arrangements like this. Update after seeing other reviews: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They must get leftover flowers from the garbage of other florist or groceries in their area. This is just sad.

TERRIBLE!! My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. They arrived dead with not one drip of water in the vase. I’ve never seen anything like this. I called immediately and was told a new fresh arrangement would be here by Wednesday, and nothing was delivered. I called again and was told to wait until 7 pm for delivery. Still nothing came. I called again and was asked if they could send on Thursday. I asked what guarantee I had of this? The service rep hung up! Finally, the flowers came by 8 pm that Wednesday night. However, they were the wrong arrangement containing browning roses. Bottom line, the flowers are terrible and the customer service people reading their scripts are terrible.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were all dead when they arrived. I called to let them know and they said they would send another arrangement the following day. When the second arrangement arrived, they were also dead. The person delivering the flowers said all the arrangements on the truck were dead and it was embarrassing to even deliver. Do not buy from this store.

I had 2 different family members send me flowers this week. The first arrangement was sent from a relative in Pennsylvania...therefore more than likely it was routed from FTD. . IT WAS PATHETIC. small and thrown wildly in a vase. I didn't say anything to my relative. Nor did I complain to the florist..However, I received another arrangement from my church. The flowers were half dead left on my front porch. I called DRAYERS FLORIST, telling them about the condition of the arrangement. They apologized and said they would send replacement ...They did so the next day.. AGAIN, arrangement was terrible. Pink roses had brown edges. Daisy 's were wilting. The nicest part of the arrangement was the pink bow. It was raining outside so they decided to leave arrangement in a plastic cover. I think this contributed to the mess! I honestly have gotten nicer arrangements from wegmans. Or another grocery store or a roadside farm stand. I didn't bother to call Drayers again. 3 strikes your out. I'm telling ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS FLORIST!!!

My daughter ordered me flowers from you all and I just received them last night for Mother's Day and there are 2 flowers that are already dead and 2 pink roses that are turning brown. I thought flowers were suppose to last longer then that.

We bought 3 corsages for prom. They were very friendly & had them ready on the date we needed them. They were absolutely gorgeous! Big hit 🎯

This was the worst flower delivery ever! My husband got these for our anniversary on 10/27/21 and I could not believe the horrible shape these flowers were in. My husband paid 4.99 to have the delivery GUARANTEED to be delivered by 12. They did not arrive until almost 5pm and the delivery driver even admitted that they tipped over in the van. The vase had NO water in it at all and the flowers already looked half dead when they arrived to my work. My husband paid over $80 for something that would have looked better if i would have picked it out of my own garden.

My husband was out of state and sent a bouquet to me for my birthday - 7/22/21. When he got home and saw what they sent that he paid $120 for, he couldn't believe it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Shame on them. You can see how small it is. Roses were wilted also. Coffee cup for size comparison. Ridiculous. Emailed them - no reply.

Just received flowers today ordered for yesterday delivery. Sunflowers with no petals, stems with no flowers, dead leaves. AWFUL. Huge waste of money. You can get a better bouquet at the grocery store.
