Best flower delivery in Middle River, Maryland (MD) 2025

I received a surprise arrangement for my birthday that came through this florist. I would never order flowers from this location or recommend this location to anyone. The flowers I received had large gaps and the flowers were broken, wilted, and some were even dead. I called the store and after being put on hold for several minutes, I spoke with someone to explain the situation. Since I did not order the flowers and the order came through FTD, I was told my options were a new arrangement could be sent out free of charge with fresh flowers or the sender could contact FTD for a refund. If a replacement with fresh flowers could be sent to me, then why weren't fresh flowers just sent to me in the first place? I will let the sender know so hopefully they can get a refund. Not impressed with the customer service or the flowers from this location. ~Samantha
