Called before I placed the order, there was someone to answer. Once I placed the order, email about confirmation was sent. The order I placed was next-day deliver, and they achieved my request of the task. However, the picture online does not match exactly what the real-life flower looks like. Mostly it does, though still have a prettier presentation on the website. Overall I satisfied their service considering the price I pay.

I'm very upset with the floral arrangement they had sent when I had ordered thru Teleflora for my best friend to cheer her up.. it was supposed to be a yellow chick vase with flowers and they substituted some kind of baby shower toy and what looked like a lesser flower arrangement

I am so disappointed with this florist. I sent my friend flowers for the loss of her mother and they look NOTHING like what I prefers and paid for through 1-800-florist. So unbelievably OFF of what I ordered, very disappointed. I will be calling to get the correct flowers delivered! Do they think they can get away with not sending the correct arrangement?

Was very disappointed in the service I have received. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law on the death of her mother. I ordered a lavender medley, instead the pictured flowers were delivered on Thursday. When I called I was told that the delivery man must have left the wrong flowers because they remembered preparing the proper ones. I was assured that they would send the correct flowers the next day, Friday. They never arrived. I called again on Saturday and was told they were out for delivery. They were not delivered. I will not order from this florist again, for $85 I expect better service. Pictured are the flowers received, while I expect that they would not be exactly as pictured on the website the flowers ordered were pale lavendar and white. The flowers delivered were not even close.

At first, I was nervous about having flowera delivered to my wife in Downtown Baltimore. However, the Flower Shop went above and beyond with their service. Not only did they deliver flowers promptly and efficiently, the flowers were beautiful. My wife absolutely loved them. I would recommend giving The Flower Shop a chance if you need flowers delivered!

I purchased flowers and a balloon for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day with a week's notice. The website was quick and easy to use. I was under the assumption that the flowers would arrive during regular business hours. With the intent of a morning delivery, for the "flowers at work experience." I accept some blame for not specifying a morning delivery in delivery instructions, but the question should be added to the site for a preference for am or pm delivery. And i believe most people would assume a morning delivery without specifying for the experience. I called at 2pm informing The Flower Shop that my order had not arrived. I was assured they would be delivered by 4pm. The flowers arrived at 7pm after she had left for the day. I called the next day and expressed my displeasure. Personally, I understand that this is the busiest day for flower business, but professionally that's not my problem. Hire additional drivers for that day or implement some quality control measures. On a positive note the flowers were beautiful! The Flower Shop apologized and offered a box of chocolates and an apology note (after requesting what can you do me). I appreciate the fact that it's Valentine's Day, but i will not be using this service again.

I was unhappy with my experience, and at this point, I will not use this company again. I ordered from The Flower Shop once before, so I was confident that the second experience would also be positive. However, I contacted The Flower Shop a few days prior to the scheduled delivery date to change the delivery date. I did so via email, because I am currently out of the country. I didn't receive a response and the flowers were delivered on the scheduled date instead of the revised date. I followed up with a second email letting The Flower Shop know that I was unhappy with the delivery. They still have yet to respond at the least, or offer any form of reconciliation for their inaction. At this point it appears that they don't check/respond to emails. Though I am opposed to posting such dissatisfied feedback publicly-- they emailed me for feedback and it was a link to make a Google review. I hope they utilize this negative review improve their online customer service.

These guys accepted my order over a flower delivery website. I had a typo in my zipcode and they didn't check my address. A woman calls me to tell me that they won't be making the delivery. The whole time I'm on the phone with her, I hear a man angrily screaming in the background that they've "Done nothing wrong" even though they clearly accepted an order that they didn't check. He was yelling through the entire call. I felt cornered and treated completely unprofessionally. I mentioned it to the woman how upsetting it was.. instead of apologizing for his behavior and moving to another room, she justified it. She also hung up on me while we were talking. The entire time it felt like they were pissed off at me... when all I did was try to patronize their business. This could have been handled so many better ways. They could have refunded me the paltry 3$ sum for next day delivery, then delivered the following day. They could have taken on the added delivery cost of a single longer distance delivery since they had already accepted the offer. They could have done 3 minutes worth of Googling to find another shop in the area to try and set me up with someone who could have made the delivery. They could have just.. NOT been incredibly rude to me. We buy flowers to people to express ourselves. Sometimes, like in my case, it's really important that the gesture come right away... before the recipient has to leave for a hospital stay with her best friend. Being rude and unwilling to compromise when you're in a business like flower delivery.. which caters to weddings, funerals, and tons of other deeply emotional expressions, is more than just bad customer service. It's cruel. Clearly I'm not the first person they've been rude to, and I won't be the last.
