Best wedding service in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) 2024

Was very disappointed in the service I have received. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law on the death of her mother. I ordered a lavender medley, instead the pictured flowers were delivered on Thursday. When I called I was told that the delivery man must have left the wrong flowers because they remembered preparing the proper ones. I was assured that they would send the correct flowers the next day, Friday. They never arrived. I called again on Saturday and was told they were out for delivery. They were not delivered. I will not order from this florist again, for $85 I expect better service. Pictured are the flowers received, while I expect that they would not be exactly as pictured on the website the flowers ordered were pale lavendar and white. The flowers delivered were not even close. ~Geri
