I needed a blowout/flat iron for last minute evening plans. I decided to give this place a try as I didn’t need an appointment. I left frustrated and will never again. All I wanted was a blowout and flat iron with a little body towards the bottom as I have naturally curly hair. Justin started my hair and then passed me on to Crystal because he could not do or understand what I wanted, which I thought was pretty simple as I’ve had it done in every other place I’ve gone to do my hair. It took 2 people and I left frustrated with puffy and dry looking hair as they were not able to use flat iron correctly on my roots to flatten down. Honestly was a waste of my time and money as instead of going out I had to go home and fix how my hair was left!!! I am sure they knew I was unhappy and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Justin still tells me as I’m paying, “your hair looks beautiful “. Are you kidding??!! Never again and lesson learned. Services: Hairstyling, Blowouts

I have long hair and our water at the house has gotten rust in it and my hair was dry and in a mess. My stylist was Heather she is wonderful! She worked !! ony hair for several hrs and when she got through my hair was beautiful !! She worked a miracle. After I left the shop and went to several stores I got compliments on what beautiful hair I had. My husband couldn't believe the difference. I will definitely be going back to Heather at Great Clips at Holly Springs. She was also very pleased to be around. Thank You Heather for gorious hair again. Services: Bang trim, Hairstyling, Haircut

I’ve been there many times and have also brought my kids there. I signed In online and the wait was over an hour so I waited in my car for most of the time. When it got to 15 minutes away I went inside to check in and use the bathroom. The website said I still had ten minutes and there was one other person ahead of me so I went to the car for two minutes. While I was out there website timer went down to 5 minutes so I went back in, but I had been skipped. I waited for a while thinking I would just get put in next, but they wanted to put me to the end of the list so I just left. My previous haircut was bad and this was the last straw. Not worth it. I went to get my hair done the stylist refused to do the cut I wanted saying to short for a girl and gave me a regular short hair cut but didn’t even think about thinning my hair so when it when it puffs up and moves on it’s own and looks horrible

I've had lots of great experiences at this location. Lots of wonderful ladies that have cut my hair...Crystal and Grace have been wonderful to me. Today I went in after checking in online, greeted by 2 super friendly stylist who were working with other customers. Kia cut my hair today. I couldn't be happier! Great cut! She was so kind and engaging too. Adding another great stylist to the list! 😀

Do NOT go here for a haircut. I went in to have my hair trimmed I literally told my hairstylist to cut two inches from my hair and I walked out with 6.5 inches gone, uneven hair, and eyes full of tears. One side of my hair is at least 1" longer then the other, so more length will need to be cut to correct this. People at work have honestly even commented on how uneven it is. I honestly have no idea how this could even happen.... All I can say is unless you are going to get buzzed don't go here.
