As a long-timer Costco shopper, this was my first time doing tire replacement at Costco Tire Center; and it will be my last one. The service was awful. They took away the original tire inflation caps from my BMW (I later tried to take them back and they said they lost one of them), left the tool chamber open in the trunk, and improperly inflated the front tires to a dangerously high level. Seriously ??!!

Great prices for members but completely unhappy with the customer service/timeliness. Was told to wait about a week for tires that were coming in out of state - sure. When a week and some days past, they said 5-10 business days. Ok... now it’s been almost 15 business days (3 weeks) and I’ve been unable to reach them for the last 3 days. (And my tire has gone flat 100%.) Great, thanks, Costco...

I brought my tire here to get fixed and after looking at the technician told me there was nothing he could do about it because it was a bent rim and they can't repair them at their shop. The reason for this 5 star was because the technician was extremely nice and even gave a reference to place that he said did great work. I am glad he was there to refer me to the place he did because the place he sent me to was amazing!

Friendly, fast, and professional. Free tire checks and air fills. Wait for their coupons for $70 off. Can order online and then they will call you when they're in and ready to be installed.

Had to wait for about 1.3 hours to get tires changed but hey there are thousands of Costco products to go through so was not too bad.
