I asking for some assistance for a iPhone stand from a sales associate up front. He told they don’t sell that that go to target instead. I could tell from his body language he wasn’t going to help us. Been shopping online here for quite awhile may your associates can show a little customer service. I’m not coming back to that place . Shop online is better than dealing with an actual person.

This Best Buy location is exceptional especially their mobile sales team. So very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Steven, one of this location's Managers, is exceptional at customer service and honoring loyal customer's appointments and requests. I love the point system at Best Buy and all the promotions they run. I almost always set an appointment before coming in as they get super busy. The store is laid out nicely with a huge parking structure attached. Store is clean with a smiling face to greet you when you come in which is a nice touch. Almost everything tech is from Best Buy in my home including computers, mobile phones, TVs, sound bars, routers, etc. Easy pay online and pickup in store. I usually get one freebie from Samsung when I setup pickup at Best Buy.

I'd definitely give this place 1 star based off how I was treated by one of the customer service people on the floor. He actually lied about being with whom customer and went to goof off with his coworker NOT EVEN 40 FEET FROM ME. I gave him a good 5 minutes before I inquired if he was still with a customer. The reviews about the customer service here being awful. Saddening really because I love going to Best Buy.

The hostess was ever so pleasant but getting someone to help was very tough. Mainly staff avoided me! Even when i loudly said, " excuse me..." Upon checking out, the clerk said, "Did u find everything you needed?" Really? there were a lot of blue shirts but they avoided offering help!" The main reason I don't waste my $$ here!

I go to Best Buy almost never because unless you know exactly what you want, trying to get help is difficult on a good day. And they usually ate blasting music really loud. I only went in because Target didn't have what I wanted. When I asked where it was the guy told me to go "right down that aisle & take a right. It would be on the left." There was no "right" to take, just a wall. Then I went back & the guy apologized % told me the correct way to go. Couldn't find the product. Some young woman helped me find it. She was nice. But then they had one cashier working two different areas. I thought I was next to be helped but found put he needed to go help these other people with a p/up order first. The only plus was the music wasn't blasting away...

Good place, and good overall experience, only tarnished by how abrasive they are when you walk into the store. Someone will literally yell at you and/or even chase you around as you come in just to ask how can you be helped. I get the intent is good, but this is over the top weird, awkward & unnecessary. Chill folks, some customers need to browse a little before we they need to be helped, and others may not even need anything other than a cashier after choosing what they need to buy.

I don't like shopping at BestBuy, but today was different. I came to return an item. I had a pleasant interaction with the rep, who finished in 90 seconds. Nice. Then, I was browsing unlocked cell phones and met Sally, the Android Sales Manager. She was great, answered all my questions about Pixels - took a picture of a guy on the other side of the store that looked like he was standing next to me. Wow. So there you go, my BEST BestBuy experience, ever.

Wanted to buy earphones and first guy sent me to a second guy then the second guy said I had to wait 10 min to be able to look at a single headphone since it would take that long to open the locked glass cabinet for me to access the headphones. What business asks its customers to wait 10 min to view a product that they are supposed to readily have available.

I bought a surround sound receiver from Magnolia Hi-FI a few years ago. Best Buy has since acquired them unfortunately. Recently I have been having issues with the receiver and I called to see if they would service it. First I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered...then they transferred me and was on hold another 10 minutes and a recording asked to leave a call back number - which I did. Got a call back 30 minutes later and was on hold for another 10 minutes when the recording came back on and said "sorry, we have no available agents" and disconnected. Unbelievable! I will never step foot in a Best Buy again, what a joke. Way too many better options for electronics in Seattle. Advice... stay as far away as you can from these idiots.

This was not a good experience. I called prior to coming in to make sure they had what I needed and was told that they do. I was then told in store that they didn’t have it and I told them about the call. Another associate said they were pretty sure that they did actually have it and they’d have an associate with me in “about 5 minutes, 10 minutes tops”. I waited for almost an hour for somebody to help me after asking multiple team members if I was still going to have somebody assist me. The last time I asked, I was told they didn’t know what I had been waiting for even though they entered all of my information into their system already. The question I needed answered took 15 seconds to answer but nobody could bother to help for almost an hour.
