Went in to sell a few games, including FF7 remake with a steelbook. After we left, we discovered he didn't give back the steelbook when asked, nor the receipt. Went back, dude insisted we never gave it to him, and when we asked for the receipt, he showed us one from the trash that didn't even have FF7 rung up, so he didn't even pay us for the game. Flat out stole the game and collector's item from us. Wouldn't even give a star if I could.

Bought an xbox One S for about $370, had to sell it back and was given $132. Do NOT give this locatipn your money. I would have given zero stars if physically possible

Never really shop at Game Stop if I do it's usually for the kids. Bought something for the 1st time for myself. Aaron was very helpful as well as knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. 👍

Just left and never ever coming back. Was rudely welcomed as I was coming in. Rudely asked “what do you need? What are you looking for?” When I already said I’m just browsing. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes outside because there was a store limit, which was fine. But after a long wait, please don’t open in a rude/rushing tone “what do you need? What are you looking for?” Was planning to get Christmas gifts here, as I come here every other week. Not going to another GameStop as long as I live. Will not be recommending to friends or family or any social media platform. I will be sharing this however. Smh. Please work on your social skills, customer service and level of professionalism when dealing with customers. Best of luck.

The staff is very helpful and will aid you in your search for games. The selection is varied for a wide range of customers with possibilities of ordering. Insurance is also offered for possible damages to purchased products, in some cases very reassuring.

Manager Mike is the best! I love coming to his store. Him and his associates are always helpful and nice. No wonder they are highly ranked among the other GameStops!

My friend who went to that location today. That gentleman who was working his interaction skills weren't good. My friend walk into to the store automatically he ask him if need mask, clearly there is sign on door if fully vaccinated not require to wear one. Clearly that gentleman seem/came off vibe like really guy. He only ask if he looking for anything, friend responded " just looking", that gentleman just stand behind the counter arms cross. Seem like not doesn't want interact with the customers, came off not comfortable vibe. I wouldn't recommend going to this store.
