They had a price of 39.99 on a game. Went to go pay they rang it up canceled it and said that it's not that pirce that it was almost double that. On the tag it had the full name of the game on the tag as well as the price of 39.99. And when asked I want to take a picture of it to show the office the guy in the back said no we don't have to show you nothing and it's in the trash they then changed the price right in front of me Mind you I was waiting almost 10 mins the girl who was on the till was helping someone and the guy just sat and was leaning on the back count doing nothing, not even asking if I needed help he was just giving me a dirty look because of my special needs son. Giving 3 stars for the girl who was helping me. The other guy needs more training

Low selection place gets weaker and weaker always here the same old fabricated excuse of not having enough cash to buy my item. Why give an offer you cannot afford? So i can get a gift card instead and purchase something overpriced from your store? I d t s !

Ben was absolutely great. In the craziness of the holidays, Ben was super busy. He did not let this effect his level of service. He explained everything perfectly and even had a Zelda pin that he had for my sons stocking. Ben is a great asset to this company and has earned my business for many years to come.

Decent location, a selection you could find at most other GameStops, and a knowledgeable staff. The staff can take quite a while to get through a line because they do talk quite a bit, but they were friendly. I went in to grab a DS charger and it took 20 minutes of waiting in a line of 3 total people
