This is the office where my husband and I rent cars for Uber. We've been in the office a few times and LaDonn has always gone above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Highly recommend this office and LaDonn.

Worst rental experience I've ever had. They reserved the wrong type of vehicle after telling them multiple times I need a pickup (like an F-150), instead they set up a 24 foot box truck! Trying to contact them by phone is absolutely ridiculous, you spend 5 minutes going through a phone tree and when you finally get the option to talk to a person it disconnects you EVERY time! Unbelievable frustration dealing with this location and Hertz in general. I only used them because our insurance directed us to them. I've never had an experience like this dealing with Enterprise and I will never recommend Hertz to anyone I care about. If I could give zero stars it would be more accurate.

If I were to give it a negative star! I would Worst customer service, I called ahead of time. I called one hour ahead! They said they will be fine with me coming in. I reserved a vehicle. They denied me. The lady denied me. I traveled all the way from Everett. I wasn’t even greeted hi welcome how are you. No customer service! Worst of the worst I ever experience. I was really treated horrible. I had to edit my review it. We were both having a bad time. We just were rubbing.. but I want to take it all back. I understand her time is valuable and my time is valuable. It was my fault. Kaylee was amazing! She’s always helping me out the past 2 weeks. And months. I don’t mean what I said. We just at the wrong place and time. But Kaylee is awesome!

I was really treated horrible. I spent $50.00 + to travel here! Now I have spend another &50.00 + to get back!

Ms. Romone Davis helped me find a vehicle in another location, since there was a little glitch in the reservation from my insurance company. She found a car at a nearby location and it was ready and warm for me when I got there. She was friendly and personable. I will return to her and Hertz if I need a rental again.

Horrible Customer Service, they didn't have a car that was requested 2.5 days in advance no call or email advising us of this, I get there wait 15 plus minutes when know one else was there to get a car, then after waiting 15 plus minutes she literally tries to usher me out the door tells me she doesn't have a car & to go with "him" to another location unknown to me to get a car. ..Never again will we use this company for rental or purchase.

Avoid this place at all costs. My vehicle was rear-ended back in July and the rental was covered. We returned the Hertz rental to the repair shop, which we were told multiple times we were allowed to do. After we dropped off the vehicle, we didn't hear anything until 10 days later when Hertz finally picked up the vehicle and claimed there was damage. We weren't offered an insurance plan when initially renting, so we had to pay the damages. They never sent pictures, just charged our account $250. I didn't want to deal with them anymore, so we just sucked it up and moved on. Now it's November and we received a call from the claims department saying we owe $60 for the damages (that we never received photos for). Ends up the $250 charge was for the time the vehicle was at the repair shop after we dropped it off because Hertz couldn't get someone to go pick it up. This has been a total nightmare and I'll never do business with Hertz again.

Hands down the WORST rental I’ve ever been to/used. Completely unprofessional and rude. Ramone in particular, spent a good portion of the time on her phone texting and making personal calls. Can’t believe an insurance company would send anyone here. The brakes on the car barely work, and it smells like it leaks water.

Have Ms. RONODA take care of you. She saved my whole trip got me in a car after 15 minutes after enterprise wasted hours of my day sending me to different lots and giving me wrong information. You needed like five documents that have an address that match the town you are renting a car from at enterprise. Ms Ronoda was able to give me a free upgrade as well as they only had better options than i intended on. She is extremely kbowledgeable about policy and was able to answer my questions about potential liability, insurance, and state law effortlessly. She has the friendliest demeanor ive ever seen in customer service and am soooo relieved I found her after such a bad experience with enterprise. Thank God for her she really saved me from a panic attack.
