I reserved for an Intermediate car on a corporate account and they gave me a super dirty, completely uncleaned on the inside, economy car instead and played it off like it was what I originally reserved. I had to wait 30 mins after showing up on time. I called customer service and their contact center to file a complaint for both these issues and they said they would have a representative call me back the week after. Never happened. Lousy service and incompetent representatives at the customer service center. I wouldn't ever rent with Enterprise again.

RENTAL DAMAGE?! This company tried lying through its teeth about damage to a rental. They told us it was already there & they were aware of the damage when we rented the car & we would not be liable for it. We even had them put it in writing which ended up being separate from our rental agreement paperwork. After returning the car, a few months later we started to receive payment threats from them for the damage. Are you insane? They threatened to open an insurance claim against us & followed through with it at the end of last year 2021. Our insurance company made the process of dealing with them easy & we forwarded everything to them. There claim was closed & it was clear they were attempting insurance fraud. What a headache, I will never use this company again. Thank you USAA.

I don’t normally take the time to post positive reviews but the service here is fantastic. Winston is great, he got me a larger vehicle upgrade at no charge through insurance and even accommodated in what I would say was probably an inappropriate requests in regards to compensation upon returning the vehicle. Place is great, would definitely recommend. To corporate: I think they should get the inventory they want. Pretty confident Winston will make all the deals happen!

Love share my experience with this particular location…Assume staff specially Ben Harasek . There was some issue with online booking , he made it correct and top of it made everything so smooth and aligned. Just want to mention I am using Enterprise services for last 10 years that I know and it’s the best among its competitors. Thanks so much again to Ben H . Ask for him if you are there .

I recently rented a car as my car was getting repaired. The guy who rented it to me was nice, although he did push the insurance thing with me too much when I said no. I was given a rental that smelled like smoke, although I will admit that they were going to let me swap it out. I returned it with the gas barely under 1/4 tank (where it started). It literally wouldn't even need 1/2 a gallon to get there. I was told that it was 30 cents cheaper with gas through them, and not only was this a lie, but they also charged me for two gallons of gas. I cannot recommend a dishonest company. I reached out to them to ask about the extra charges for gas, but no one got back to me. I'm just disappointed that they would be so dishonest over an extra $5.50, which is their going rate for gas. 😳

I would like to recommend Mill Creek Enterprise Car Rental. The reasons are: I felt like I was a valued customer by Sean Brenan and Claire. I got a courtesy call as a reminder prior to my rental date. I was picked up and dropped off given I was so close to the rental office. I had help with a rewards program and help with how to setup the rewards account. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. How does this get any better?! For full disclosure I have been renting here for almost 2 years.

I will give zero points too. Besides they did not provide a car for me after the accident, but also they don't care about customer service at all. They did not pick up the phone and do not have the business situation handled properly. Customer service people are not prepared to handle different questions and issues and specially those connected with a rental car after accidents. If a Rental Car Company has not enough cars to handle the situations , figure it out and stay in the market as should with excellent customer service.

Had a great experience at this branch! Blair the branch manager is very knowledgeable on Enterprise procedures and makes it easy and enjoyable to rent from here. I’ve had good and bad experiences renting from Enterprise but she made it a good one!
