Customer service was initially great. However after taking my new phone home I realized that not ANY of my game app progress had transferred over to my new phone. I lost YEARS of game play. I lost my Overdrive book app and even my Bitmoji avatar. When called to see what could be done I was told that it was a very unusual occurrence and nothing could be done. No sorry or recompense, nothing. And the phone sucks too. Very, very, very unhappy.
6/29/22: Your reply to my review is very vapid, non-committal and entirely expected from large corporate managers. Why bother responding at all if you can't provide resolution, ideas, or recompense to help the customer? It's just inane rhetoric. That being said, I do want to stress that the initial, individual customer service was really very good. He was friendly, professional, funny and knowledgeable. It's the after purchase customer service that can use a LOT of work. ~Paula
