You cannot reach them by phone, AT ALL. They will not pick up, and keep looping you endlessly until you give up and throw the phone across the room. Automated text said I'd have my refill a week ago, yet it's not ready and I can't talk to anyone. This happens frequently. What a terribly managed operation. Is it that hard to have a 'keep your place in line' phone hold system, so that maybe you'd have a chance of talking to someone? I think I'll be switching to somewhere else. Avoid at all costs! ~AJ

Be careful if you get yourself a sandwich. I went there this morning because I like their sandwiches, plus they had nothing ready made that was also breakfasty. Not a big deal, I’ve had stranger breakfasts. I stood at the counter but the staff member working the deli didn’t so much as acknowledge my presence. I cleared my throat and said excuse me three times. I asked for the Trailblazer, toasted. When I sat down to eat, it was cold in the middle. This is the third time this has happened. The person working deli needs to pay closer attention to details. I wasn’t being a Karen or anything. I was just trying to grab a bite to eat before heading to class. I work with customers too, and I get how people can be, but ignoring a customer and messing up their order repeatedly just isn’t a good look. Another time I wanted to put something back at their self check, and the staff member working self check wouldn’t let me without demanding to know why. It wasn’t his business. It’s not as though I’m asking these employees to bend over backwards. I just don’t want to be disrespected when I’ve done nothing to deserve it. Three stars for the great sandwiches and the fact that this is the only place I’ve been able to find Tanka bison jerky. ~Samantha

I don’t normally take the time to post positive reviews but the service here is fantastic. Winston is great, he got me a larger vehicle upgrade at no charge through insurance and even accommodated in what I would say was probably an inappropriate requests in regards to compensation upon returning the vehicle. Place is great, would definitely recommend. To corporate: I think they should get the inventory they want. Pretty confident Winston will make all the deals happen! ~Albert

Came into this location on August 10th at about 9:45 PM. I reeeeeeeeally needed to use the restroom because the Albertsons nearby doesn't keep theirs open at night. The man behind the counter gave me a place to pee and refused my beer sale due to an expired id. This is not a complaint. The kindness he showed me while lawfully and correctly refusing service was something I never see in this industry. I wasn't trying to pull one.over on him, I genuinely didn't know I had let my ID expire. He did the right thing and was extraordinarily kind. Thanks for training your people well. ~Sam

This is such a great market with super fresh food and a huge selection. Fresh live seafood along with a great meat market. Large produce section with mostly organic items. Parking can get tight during the busy times ~Richard

This review is for Tiffany Salon: Thuy is a phenomenal hair stylist, in fact she's the best i've ever encountered. I've spent my entire life getting so-so haircuts and color. My first time with Thuy I was so blown away at how great she did with color, but it was also the best hair cut ive ever had in my life. I immediately got on her schedule for 6 weeks out and will continue going to her for as long as she does hair. She's also the sweetest lady ever so I really enjoy the time I spend there when im getting my hair done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! ~Ashley

The couple that runs the place is lovely and I usually get my haircut from them. However, the young lady (newer staff I guess) who cut my hair this time was very rude. I explained to her how I wanted the haircut and she got extremely irritated. I really don't need that kind of experience! ~Venky

Customer service was initially great. However after taking my new phone home I realized that not ANY of my game app progress had transferred over to my new phone. I lost YEARS of game play. I lost my Overdrive book app and even my Bitmoji avatar. When called to see what could be done I was told that it was a very unusual occurrence and nothing could be done. No sorry or recompense, nothing. And the phone sucks too. Very, very, very unhappy. 6/29/22: Your reply to my review is very vapid, non-committal and entirely expected from large corporate managers. Why bother responding at all if you can't provide resolution, ideas, or recompense to help the customer? It's just inane rhetoric. That being said, I do want to stress that the initial, individual customer service was really very good. He was friendly, professional, funny and knowledgeable. It's the after purchase customer service that can use a LOT of work. ~Paula
