You cannot reach them by phone, AT ALL. They will not pick up, and keep looping you endlessly until you give up and throw the phone across the room. Automated text said I'd have my refill a week ago, yet it's not ready and I can't talk to anyone. This happens frequently. What a terribly managed operation. Is it that hard to have a 'keep your place in line' phone hold system, so that maybe you'd have a chance of talking to someone? I think I'll be switching to somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!

Very helpful and kind staff I recommend this rite aid for many reasons, customer service is excellent I have been going to this rite aid for a really long time now so I know I can always rely on them. Thank you. Never had an issue with the pharmacy they are also very kind and fast workers as well!

Once I'm there the gentleman pharmacist is always very nice and gets stuff done fast. My only issue is.... why don't you answer the phone? Please PLEASE answer it. I've called several times over the past few weeks, and last month... just to let them know I'd like my prescription filled because it's never ready when I get there... id like to save myself a trip if its not.... or it's a refill I can not do thru the automated services because last time I was there they only had a few pills to give me and told me to come back today to refill but.... but now I can't do it automatically and.... it sucks. I've just been going in since they can't ignore me this way yet ill always, always have to wait because they don't answer their phones, or i have to come back hours later. I even called the reg store number to please ask them to answer and he said he'd tell them but when I called no one answered in the pharmacy again. Ugh. I just have to go wait again. Bad customer service. I can always go somewhere else and it's the closest pharmacy, but I suppose going somewhere else is the lesser of the two evils since they make it so inconvenient.

(Asking each other for help) If you want their drive thru service, forget it. Even for covid test with an appointment. they make you come to the pharmacy, make you wait for an hour and get you back to the drive thru, make you wait some more.

I've been using this pharmacy for the last several years and it is the worst I've ever experienced. Last week, I had a prescription with refills, which they cancelled. I had to call my doctor's office to resend. When I went to pick up the pharmacist had gone home sick, the cashier had no record of one of my prescriptions. The one they did have, she couldn't fill and advised me to go to another Rite Aid. I did and they explained it couldn't be transferred. I called several several times for a week, last from vacation. Pharmacist put me on hold and never returned. Tried calling again today, no answer in the pharmacy. I'm changing pharmacies, this is ridiculous.
