Be careful if you get yourself a sandwich. I went there this morning because I like their sandwiches, plus they had nothing ready made that was also breakfasty. Not a big deal, I’ve had stranger breakfasts. I stood at the counter but the staff member working the deli didn’t so much as acknowledge my presence. I cleared my throat and said excuse me three times. I asked for the Trailblazer, toasted. When I sat down to eat, it was cold in the middle. This is the third time this has happened. The person working deli needs to pay closer attention to details. I wasn’t being a Karen or anything. I was just trying to grab a bite to eat before heading to class. I work with customers too, and I get how people can be, but ignoring a customer and messing up their order repeatedly just isn’t a good look. Another time I wanted to put something back at their self check, and the staff member working self check wouldn’t let me without demanding to know why. It wasn’t his business. It’s not as though I’m asking these employees to bend over backwards. I just don’t want to be disrespected when I’ve done nothing to deserve it. Three stars for the great sandwiches and the fact that this is the only place I’ve been able to find Tanka bison jerky.

Management often times seems to run it understaffed intentionally. To be expected now that its Kroger, but they do the best they can with the entitlement of many Mill Creek residents. Speaking of, the parking lot design is atrocious and those same Mill Creek denizens will kill over their right of way in that lot.

Check expiration dates people. Unfortunately this is not the first time I run into issues with expired products. I stopped coming to this store for the same reason and today because it was convenient I decided to give it another shot, to my surprise I almost bought expired coconut milk. So just be aware and always check your expiration dates.

Bought a 6 pack of DOS EQUIS to find out the best by date was in April of 2020…….check your inventory QFC I wonder what else is way pay it’s prime here.

I came to this location on the 29th - and the staff was fantastic. I came an hour earlier than the customer service desk was supposed to be open (they're operating on snow hours, totally understandable - oversight by me!) and they didn't hesitate to help me at all. Matter of fact - I didn't even need to ask. They asked me if I needed help, because I didn't want to put them out when someone wasn't operating the customer service desk yet. They were so friendly and helpful, for a situation that was already not ideal (my car was vandalized, and I needed to purchase an ORCA card in order to get to and from work for the meantime). This grocery store is a bit further away than others near me, but I'd spend my money at this store over all others due to the continued excellent customer service.

This review is purely to share a decent respectful interaction I witnessed and commend the store manager, Mark. I don’t shop here much. I just happened to have my car alignment done at the Firestone nearby and decided to sit with a sandwich and coffee at this QFC as I waited. A very obviously sick and needy gentleman was sitting at the outside courtyard. I have no doubt many people complained about his presence. Within 10 minutes the manager came out and checked on him. With cordial and utmost respect, he addressed the man questioning if he had help, a ride, needed an ambulance, etc. Rather than sharing what I would imagine numerous complaints, he said “there’s a lot of people concerned for you” and once he confirmed the gentleman had a place to go, he said, “ I hope you feel better.” It was refreshing to see how decently he treated someone who could have otherwise been dismissed as a nuisance. Then on top of that, he himself and an associate came out and helped clean the area where the man was ill after he left. I’m sitting here writing this as I witness this act of service, respect, and leadership. Well done, Mark (and Andrea), your act of kindness did not go unnoticed. I’m a future customer now.

Very convenient location, This little town center got a really nice remodel about five years ago. Parking is claustrophobic too many businesses for the small little place.

Part of Kroger ownership. Solid grocery store with mid range brands. Some high end foods too. Great sales. I used the carpet cleaner here and it was easy, inexpensive and worked well. Nice guy helped load/unload. Pet spray pretreat and pet shampoo worked like a champ on old carpet that had fallen victim to old dog.
