I have been into this store several times for various things. People at the front register have greeted me as I come in. The clerk at the pharmacy and the pharmacist are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It has always been a very positive experience!

Jane the clerk was extremely friendly, helpful and very informative regarding the product I was purchasing. She was quick ringing me up and the store on the inside and outside was clean and inviting.

I had my renewed birth control prescription for Microgestin Fe 1.5/30 sent over to this pharmacy. I called the next day to verify that they received it and informed me that it should be ready by next week Tuesday, 5/31 since they had to put an order for it. I get a call on Thursday, 6/2 letting me know that the prescription was put on hold because the order wasn't able to go through for the brand and asked if I would be okay with a different but equivalent brand called Larin Fe. I told the staff that I prefer the brand I've been using, give me some time, keep it on hold and I'll call back to let them know next steps. I look into my claims information through my insurance and cross checked with the rite aid app, to my surprise they went ahead to switch and filled it for the Larin Fe brand that I didn't want. So now my prescription says a different brand than I originally wanted. I hate this because it can cause confusion to other pharmacies if I want it transferred. I call them again to have it corrected and they were telling me that it's okay to fill for Microgestin and I had told her, I know but I never said I wanted Larin and that I need it to say brand that I want. Plus need the next pharmacy to know exactly what I want. I don't need the back and forth if it could be prevented. The mix up of information from different employees and the switching of my prescription brand without my consent are probably the very two concerns I wouldn't want to be dealing with a pharmacy. This was my first interaction with them since I recently moved to this area, would not recommend to anyone.

I HATE this Rite Aid. Every time I shop here there is a staff who calls security on me. I was simply browsing while waiting for my antibiotics to be filled, when I heard over the intercom "Security! On Camera, aisle one!" I was the only person in this aisle. A security personnel approached me and asked if I needed anything. I was in the store for less than five minutes before security approached. I feel security is a necessity, but I was doing nothing to promote suspicion. I did not have my hands in my pockets, I was far away from the products and I did not have any bags. Unfortunately, this has happened many times. I will NOT patron this store anymore.

At this point I knew they were both covering their behaviour. How the manager can tells you that the cashier was smoking outside and a few moments after the cashier telling that she was installing tags. Avoid this drugstore if you are not white. they are racists.
