Awsome Place very generous people love working with them I had a Shock replacement on a rusty 2006 car it took 6 hours to replace one side firestone did the other it only took 2 hours for them to replace it and i get a lifetime warranty for shocks on my car nothing can beat that thx firestone for all your help!

I've been taking my car there for years and the experience has been amazing everytime. I originally took car there for an oil change about 6 years ago but now I take my car there for everything. I prefer to take it here instead of the dealership because I know the people here are going to be honest, up front, and friendly. I was recently in an accident and they fixed everything for me SO quickly. I had to file an insurance claim and it was a week before Christmas so I didn't expect it to be done before the holiday but it was. I was shocked and so happy with what they were able to do with my car given the time and parts they needed. I can't say enough good things about this place and particularly the employees. Every single person that works there is friendly and honest which I really love. I mean it when I say I will never take my car anywhere else.

I was very impressed. Even during this challenging time the team in this store work extremely well together while practicing social distancing. They were very conscious of the safety of their customers by politely suggesting where it would be safer for customers to stand while closing out their tickets or accepting keys to begin service. I may be mistaken, but I believe I saw them sanitizing the vehicles and keys after working on them. I also overheard them encouraging customers to drop off their cars if at all possible instead of waiting there. Unfortunately I did not have that option but my wait was very short. This particular Firestone runs very smoothly. The staff definitely work as a team. I think the two gentlemen in the customer service area may both have been managers. Their names were Nick and Braden. I know Nick is the store manager but I'm not sure what Braden's position is . He is extremely efficient and the rest of the team interact with him with the respect that management receives so I'm guessing he's management. Nick and Braden definitely compliment each other as though they are one person split into 2. Such talent is wasted by having them both in one store. I feel that each of them should have their own store. Such efficiency should be utilized. I would be very surprised if this store is not one of the top stores in our country. I was saddened to see a negative review about how "every time the customer purchases tires there are air leaks and the customer has to go back to get them fixed". i'm not questioning the validity of the customer's comment. It just saddens me that they had a poor experience.in a store where I have had nothing but excellent service. Unfortunately,the human factor does happen in any business and mistakes or faulty products occur. If the had stated that they had gone to my local store here in Ottawa, KS I wouldn't have been surprised at all that those issues occurred. I have been driving 45 miles to the Overland Park store for close to 3 years after I had a bad experience with rotten management in my local Firestone. I have heard that the Ottawa store has new management but I have not seen or heard evidence of any improvement. A family member recommended this store in Overland Park and I am very glad they did. I will continue to give my business to Firestone store #322454 located at 135th and Antioch. In the event the corporation does decide to give either Nick or Braden their own store then I will have to figure out which store I will take my car to. Braeden and the team that worked on Sunday, March 31, 2019 was great. This store was one of 6 stores willing to stay after closing to help me (a stranded driver with a bad tire) in my time of need. Even though they had many other customers the team at this store acted as if every customer mattered. He let me know ahead of time that my car would be the last car to be worked on and that it might be a couple of hours to get done, which it was, but he kept checking on me and other customers patiently waiting and let us know the progress of our vehicles service. Braeden and the team that worked on Sunday, March 31, 2019 was great. This store was one of 6 stores willing to stay after closing to help me (a stranded driver with a bad tire) in my time of need. Even though they had many other customers the team at this store acted as if every customer mattered. He let me know ahead of time that my car would be the last car to be worked on and that it might be a couple of hours to get done, which it was, but he kept checking on me and other customers patiently waiting and let us know the progress of our vehicles service.
