Wow. They were busy I give them that. My boyfriend waited atleast 20 minutes to order. Brought home a nasty bagel I will attach pictures. Came to our hotel he wiped it with a napkin and it was burnt. I took it back went inside and there's no front counter person. I believe I seen something about kiosk orders only maybe? Some people pay in cash tho and need a person at the register to cash them out!! It took atleast 10 minutes to tell them they messed up my bagel. The girl who helped me was super nice. The cook she had to tell to remake it was rude as hell! After finally making the sandwich she threw it into the warmer. Took another 3 minutes for someone to finally grab it for me. Get back to eat, open our Strawberry pies and this is what we got. I wasnt going to write a review until this.

The old lady that’s works there is rude and is a trashy person. I would never have her working in customer service. Goto Cyclone Garbage service and be a trash lady cuz that’s what you are💯

Absolutely the worst I've ever been to. I understand it's a tourist town but a .50c upcharge to 1/2 cut your tea, then trying to refuse people their receipts. Ridiculous. Rude service and mediocre (even for McDonald's) food.

The drive thru was terribly slow. Witnessed at least 5 cars leave. The food was really hot though and cooked to expectations. All in all if your in a hurry you might be at the wrong McDonalds location. All in all though the food was good and that’s all that matters.

The point is ....This ...This McDonald’s is an absolute 5 Star. My buddy ordered 2400 calories worth of McDonald’s and slammed it all (maybe he gave away a hashbrown). This tells me the food was on point. I however felt bad for the next toilet he sat down on. Until next time👊👊

i went through the drive thru tonight and got my meal and when i got home half way through eating it i found a dead mayfly skeleton. i called to try and get something fixed and the manager was unfortunately not very nice and was being very short with me. i could tell he was not wanting to talk to me and was in a very rude mood. i completely lost my appetite and feel disgusted eating it. i hope management either improves or a change is made.

To make it worse, I met the hiring lady and she was rude condensing woman that won’t hire people she personally has grudges with so explains why the employees tend to be bad. Waste of a location but sadly pays better then most places in port Clinton.

The drivethrew is always busy but it moves pretty fast and the staff is always friendly. Never a problem with my order, they get it right. Sometimes the food is not as fresh and hot that I would like, but it's not too bad. The indoor dining room is clean and tidy. However I've never checked out the restroom. 😉

Good service! I love the festivity in this McDonald’s. Definitely not the fastest but it was better made then most so I’m not complaining. The guy behind the counter was really nice.
