Subtly asking for upgrade that Starbucks doesn’t do and had an upset stomach after getting large vanilla latte with thatsuggested add on! Went there because Starbucks was crowded! $7.00 too much and would like to come back but won’t 🤐 Gal was so beautiful I had to tip to make the 7

This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.

Spent about an hour here on their patio. Very friendly service and super quick. By the time I put my change away my coffee and muffin was ready!

I love Scooters Coffee but I will no longer be supporting this particular location. The store seems to be under very poor management. The store manager seems to be brutal with her training process and makes getting my coffee less enjoyable when the teen and college baristas are under so much stress. Seems she is more concerned about upsells and speed rather than treating them like the already pleasurable humans they are.

Haley, the store manager, is the reason I go there practically every day before work. She’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The best barista and manager I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She also trained her employees very well. The other baristas are as friendly and as knowledgeable. Scooter’s is my favorite for this reason. Kudos to her!!!

What a jam. Great outside patio to pull up after a bike ride. The fall seasonal items are all good, and everyone is over waiting in line at Starbucks so it's always a quick drive through.
