Server and cashier are super rude. Asked to change my milk from regular to almond before she makes it, she got furious, start slamming things around, rolled her eyes and made sounds. It is just a coffee honey, we aren’t supposed to experience this!

TERRIBLE ,TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CAFE!!! Had a horrible experience today. Took my daughter to this cafe to have a coffee to relax after a long shopping spree at the mall. Ordered from Lesley-the server and to her negligence and in professionalism burned my daughter with hot drink by not closing the lid all the well when my daughter was taking a sip from her cup that spilled on her chest and gave her first degree burn. Lesley was not apologetic, did not care to show any empathy towards my daughter, did not take care to take control of the situation infact ignored us the whole time while we were asking for help and kept assisting other customer. Practically just ignored us!This is an inhuman reaction! Shame on her and the store for treating customers like that! And when we complained to the manager who was not there at the site we were given the number to call. The manager said he will come over and we waited for 10 minutes while my daughter was hurting and in pain-didn’t show up so we left to go to the pharmacy to get first aid help. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend going there. Lesley should be fired! I hope the company takes serious action against her.

I'm standing here waiting for my coffee the man who took my ofder stopped making my coffees took a order who paid cash and when the guy put the money in the register went right back to making my coffee after touching money and straight to my coffee he took hand sanitizer didnt rub it around or get it on all of his hands i stopped him to wash his hands his reply was i used hand sanitizer oh and the same pair of wet gloves he never changed. with covid19 I almost asked for my money back I love the coffee here or I would have all I'm saying is wash your hands
