Subtly asking for upgrade that Starbucks doesn’t do and had an upset stomach after getting large vanilla latte with thatsuggested add on! Went there because Starbucks was crowded! $7.00 too much and would like to come back but won’t 🤐 Gal was so beautiful I had to tip to make the 7 ~Jan

I usually am in the drive-thru when I have a coffee craving. I like that they also have dairy-free options. My new favorite drink from Scooters is Peanut butter Power Protien Smoothy. Ask them to make it with Almond milk if you like is dairy-free. 😋 ~LvnBest

Put a mobile.order in for bagels and lunch. As I was pulling up they called and let me know my bagel options weren't available anymore. Thought that was nice of them but it would have been nicer had it at the website reflected out to begin with. ~Ivory

Zero of our last three visits to this location this year have been a good experience. There's always something missing in the order; the order is incorrect; the size is incorrect; very few pieces of chicken... etc. The food tastes good but when all of that negative over shadows the food, I just can't keep going. This is the end for me. Can't keep spending money somewhere that can't do their jobs correctly & consistently. ~Amy

Server and cashier are super rude. Asked to change my milk from regular to almond before she makes it, she got furious, start slamming things around, rolled her eyes and made sounds. It is just a coffee honey, we aren’t supposed to experience this! ~Khalid

This is a nice location with tons of great seating. Perfectly situated on 135th. The service was a little slow on the Saturday I was there though. ~Brad
