I was so excited to try the new spicy pickle chicken sandwich to be let down on how small it was and the fact that the piece of chicken was only half the size of the bun... The taste of it was awesome as why it's even so much more disappointing that the advertisement of it is a joke and the quality and care of making it for the $$$ coat of it too... $13 for a small spicy chicken sandwich and small bag of plain boring chips... Seriously so disappointed as ask everyone how excited and how much I talked about wanting to try it... Sadly let down BRUTALLY

Picked up two identical chicken salad sandwiches for dinner tonight 11/02/22 at 75th and Antioch. We were absolutely shocked to discover how little chicken salad was present on each— one little spoonful that wasn’t sufficient for 1/2 a sandwich, much less a whole. Outrageous! This has not happened before. We’re not going back! Too much $ for bread and lettuce!

I like to pick up a dozen bagels for my coworkers. Generous portions of cream cheese spread. Good quality and reasonably priced. Parking: Shared parking lot. Plenty of parking.

Put a mobile.order in for bagels and lunch. As I was pulling up they called and let me know my bagel options weren't available anymore. Thought that was nice of them but it would have been nicer had it at the website reflected out to begin with.

awesome when it's open, but its 50/50 that it'll be closed, signs like closed for cleaning, closed due to no water, right now they should be open but are closed due to no staff, super convenient location but I don't bother anymore (also if you order the pick up go to the counter cause they rarely put it out on the shelf)

This location isn't on the same level as the others in the area. They forgot about half my order, the hot chocolate tastes like a warmed up yoohoo instead of hot chocolate, the soup tasted old and was really gloopy instead of smooth...seats and tables were dirty....and in the 45 minutes I was in the store I didn't see anyone walk the floor and clean. They weren't busy. Asked for an exchange for the hot chocolate and the worker got defensive immediately and said they couldn't refund. All I wanted was a large fountain instead, don't need attitude for no reason. If you can avoid this Location I would. Only one friendly person in the store.

Placed an online order, paid for it and when I got to the 75th and Antioch location, it was all locked up! Called customer service and they said sorry, issuedy credit which I will see in 3-5 days. Pitiful service all the way around!

Do not order here for your lunch. I go consistently hoping it changes but they don’t put rapid pick up orders on the shelves. You have to wander around the crowd trying to find your order and then you’re told (like it’s totally obvious) that the order you already paid for and want to pick up is “somewhere behind the cashiers”.

Always impressed with this location. I have them cater to my employer quite frequently and they have done a great job every time. They even take the time to call if something isn't available for the delivery and fix the issue. The customer service is awesome as well, they always deliver with a smile and are prompt on the requested delivery time. Keep up the good work!
