My ordered was very messed up....out of 7 items I received 3 incorrect items...when I drove the 4 miles back t o have it corrected the manager was rude and condescending and when he asked me if I had a problem I said not yet but if continued with his current attitude I would...he said he would not serve me and slammed the window shut....I sat there waiting for someone to come back...it took him 9 and a half minutes before he came back...customers behind me kept backing up to the tune of 12 cars...but the manager didn't seem to care that he was making people wait while their food waited inside....poor service!!! But the food is always good

Awesome morning staff. They make my day with my coffee. The pecan twist is the best and a good size, other places are so small that you feel it's a waste. The atmosphere and people are great an unexpected community feel within a Panerai bread.

Went in to have a quick hot bowl of soup for dinner today. Asked for a bread bowl but they didn't have any which isn't a deal breaker by itself but I waited for 20 minutes and never received my food. Multiple people came up and got their food before I did and I ended up just leaving because I had somewhere else I needed to be. This location has been a hot mess since the pandemic started so just do yourself a favor, skip this one, and go the one on 119th and Metcalf instead if you want a good Panera experience.

This location is probably the SLOWEST paneras I have ever been to. If you go through the drive thru expect to wait there for about 20 minutes and even going inside and ordering will also take them 20 minutes to have your food ready. Then i ask if that is my order and the lady says no and then yells out my last name lol, if you dont have 20 minutes to wait on food dont come here. Also panera now charges almost $15 for a pick 2 which is crazy.

Zero of our last three visits to this location this year have been a good experience. There's always something missing in the order; the order is incorrect; the size is incorrect; very few pieces of chicken... etc. The food tastes good but when all of that negative over shadows the food, I just can't keep going. This is the end for me. Can't keep spending money somewhere that can't do their jobs correctly & consistently.

I have never been disappointed with a Panera. The employees didn't seem like customers were a priority, they gave me a dry salad with no dressing, they left ingredients off my sandwich, gave me the wrong side item, and the place did not appear very clean. I only give them the second star because the food was edible.

1. Had a great person helping us at the front dining with the exception of so many repetitions. 2. Wait for food was def. over 20 minutes! That is a ridiculous amount of time at this kind of place 3. The customer appreciation at the drive-through and the food pick up inside both is just not there. Was hurried into ordering at the drive up. 4. Why do you not carry roast beef? You are a sandwich place!! Crazy. 5. Keep the focus on dairy free and non GMO bread pretty please. Best wishes to your staff.

I ordered two of the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwiches for a light supper tonight. This sandwich is supposed to be chicken "raised without antibiotics tossed with diced celery, seedless grapes, toasted almonds and special dressing, and served with emerald green lettuce, ..." When I got home, I realized that I got two Tuna Salad sandwiches "Special recipe tuna salad, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, salt and pepper on Black Pepper Foccacia. Ingredients. Red Onions. Salt ..." There is a big difference between those two sandwiches and employees should know the difference! I tried to call the restaurant to no avail. Unfortunately this Panera is below the usual standards of other Panera's. Don't go there!!
