I was losing tire pressure while driving on route 61 so I googled tires and Mavis was close to my location. I told them I had a flat tire and they explained what my options may or may not be. I was told it may take a while and I understood they were busy. I went to a nearby restaurant and received a call that my vehicle was finished before finishing my meal. It was a very nice surprise that it took so little time. I told the service person I think I need new tires soon and will definitely schedule to get them at Mavis.

I wish I could leave 10 STARS! Jason and his team are literal life savers! I’m in a band on the road coming from Ohio. They went above and beyond to help us out when no one else would. Fast working and cost effective. Not to mention going the extra mile on a SUNDAY! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a mechanic.

We went there to get a flat check on our RV. We were really amazed by the great services we recieved from one of the employe, Jason present that day. He helped us check the RV tire, checked all the other tires while giving his best advices. Turns out, the bigger problem was on one of the car tire that we tow behind the RV. We are grateful for the time he took for us and the advices he gave us. Thank you Jason you made our trip back home safer God bless you

Great experience! Got 4 new tires and alignment. Even though they were pretty busy, they got me in and out as quickly as possible. Tabitha at the front desk was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get our vehicle service two hours in advance. For the vets out there, they offer veteran discounts as well.

Never again will I bring my car here for a alignment 3rd time in a week... Still not correct. Incompetent mechanic. First time there was told my fully adjustable suspension was not adjustable... After it was off the lift! Rescheduled for another day with another mechanic, that day was told maybe a 3hr wait.if they got to it at all... 3rd time same mechanic who said it's not adjustable I had to show him how to adjust a camber plate. was then given an attitude by the mechanic when I told him he has to readjust the toe because I adjusted the camber correctly. Now my car pulls to the right. I will find another shop with a competent mechanic who knows how to align a fully adjustable suspension properly.

Joe and the crew gave fast and professional service and great customer service. The waiting room was clean and the temp was comfortable. Being able to make my appointment at 6pm was a huge plus. I plan on coming back for oil changes and other services.
