Was accidentally given a coffee with milk instead of oat milk. I went in the lobby and they remade the drink no questions asked. Super nice staff and I appreciate their catering to dietary restrictions.

I repeated my order twice at the drive through speaker, and twice at the window, and tastes like they forgot to add the espresso when I gave them a chance to correct it, when they still got it wrong. It was a medium breve toffee latte hot with whipped cream. The airheaded guy kept looking off into space and wasn't functioning. He looked kind of Arab. I really need the caffeine right now for medical reasons. I called and she said she just couldn't make it right. This dude has a major problem..

I usually am in the drive-thru when I have a coffee craving. I like that they also have dairy-free options. My new favorite drink from Scooters is Peanut butter Power Protien Smoothy. Ask them to make it with Almond milk if you like is dairy-free. 😋

I love their peanut butter power and blueberry muffins. Some of the food has been hit or miss, but for the reasons I go, I love it. This past time is what made me want to comment bc the guy working there was some of the best service I've seen. I pulled away and told my daughter, "that's the kind of worker you should be." very friendly, attentive and made my day with a "joke of the day."

I've been to multiple Scooters locations. Their coffee is good. Their service is great. All the staff have been very friendly. I hate to be "that guy" that orders the decaf americano with 2 creams and 1.5 sugars, but I am. It hits my taste pallette just right. I can't do caffeine anymore for health reasons. I'm always a bit nervous that because of my weird order, that I might be judged a prima-donna. I've never had even a hint of being frowned upon. Everyone has their preferences and it's just part of the job I suppose. Regardless, my coffee is always fresh, piping hot and served fast by some great people.
