Good service and quality of items around the store. I frequent this establishment causally but today the food court employees were very unprofessional. I love Sam’s Club, i’ve been a member for 5 years now, but have never been treated this way. There is no sign or advisory that they close at 7pm. I was in line before 7pm and when I got to the window because of the line they had no more items to purchase, and when I asked if they had any more items. The employees just looked at each other and told me no. Not a sorry or anything for the inconvenience. Sam’s club needs to put a sign that states they close because i wanted to complete my shopping before getting a snack before leaving. Will not be returning. I paid for a membership to shop here to be treated this way.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.They responded in kindnesd when asked for assistance. My 96 years young mother and I felt like we weren't just another number . The food vendors taste areas work clean and stated they appreciated our shopping at Sam's . Shawn helped us out to our vehicle and was very courteous & enjoyable to speak with.

Our experience was great Yosie, helped with replacing a card. Then I lost my phone and she help us find the people who could get my phone back! We were just traveling through but so impressed with her and the manager who had my phone in safe keeping! Do impressed with your staff 🤗

The WORST experience imaginable. I never thought I would be scammed out of hundreds of dollars from one of the largest retailers but here I am. I booked a hotel through them and it turns out they have no connection to that hotel. No reservation. No record of them. The hotel themselves had no idea how they were able to advertise on their site. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times just for a refund and no resolution. They asked for my hotel room number when I told them I had to make my own accommodations so I wasn’t stranded for the weekend. It was ludicrous. So unprofessional and unhelpful. I do NOT recommend them.

I like that they have competitive prices on gas. Also, for the price, their pizza is pretty good. The only thing is that, even though the cafe doesn't close until 6, they won't let you order a whole pizza after 5:30. If you don't get the gas, the membership really isn't worth spending $45 for a standard and $100 for a plus membership, because the prices are comparable to Walmart and WinCo.

First time at Sam's Club. I went on a Tuesday evening and it was a breeze. Open aisles and calm vibes. I picked up groceries, bought some flannel shirts for work, and stopped at the food court to get myself a pretzel. Very pleasant experience.

I love shopping here and eating here, you need a membership to purchase food but everything there is worth it and we save so much money. I recommend Sam's club to my friends and family, a close friend of mine goes there now and loves the deals, and we go together all the time. Theres something for everyone at Sam's club!
