HR and the managers are cowards and very disrespectful! If you don’t want to be racial profiled, discriminated against, embarrassed, do NOT go here. Store bathrooms are filthy! The shelves are so unorganized, the service is slow, no one is helpful. They answer phones with “yes, can I help you?” Who greets like that? I’m calling corporate the overall leadership is garbage!!!corporate, You need to fire your management. THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE NEVER AGAIN

Great inventory, albeit the limited stock of COVID-19 test kits was concerning. Though everyone is out of stock, but thankfully this store had the two I needed, and sales staff to help me locate them.

Target Palm Desert is by far my favorite place to shop when I'm in the area. Walmart really has nothing compared to Target and the store is much bigger and cleaner than Walmarts. Customer service in my opinion is top notch but prices are a little more expensive when compared with other shopping stores in the area. Wheelchairs aren't a problem or a Hassel, theres plenty of parking spaces open and the plaza it's self has many different shopping options and restaurants inside. Great place to shop!

I ran into Target for a stroller I forgot my daughters at home and we were headed to the mall she was being a bit rambunctious so I needed it. My child was obnoxiously crying through the checkout process the cashier asked how I was doing I just laughed and said doing great he smiled. Afterwards I went up to customer service to ask if they could get my stroller open and put together for me I had to hold my baby so she wouldn’t run off and I don’t keep any sharp objects on me or in my car. The young girl (wish I could remember her name) finished helping the customers before me then helped me out. It was really cute watching her struggle to put the stroller together but she figured it out! There was also a guy that helped her out a little. They were both awesome and I don’t write a lot of reviews but I really appreciated their help! Good job on hiring these individuals Target! Thank YOU! It was a Monday night between 5pm and 6pm

I love Target and I'm a big fan of the stores. However, this store always seems to be a mess and the staff are not very professional. Lines get very long.
