Teller reluctantly came to drive up and took my license and checks for deposit. Then she disappeared for ten minutes. I then buzzed for her and she angrily came back. Curtly and with evident annoyance that she had been helping another customer with their “enterprise “. I took her name and left. Some hours later the branch managers called and apologized profusely.

They ask inappropriate questions when I went in to get personal checks. She was asking why and what did I need them for. I am not sure if she was slow or what but she kept asking why I needed them. I never had any issue with chase before.

Absolutely zero customer service. I’ve had multiple problems in the past but what good does it do when they close at 5 pm when that is the time most people get out of work. how does that help them solve their problems? i came in at 4:30 one day and they wouldn’t take us because the 1 person working was busy doing things. then they wanted to make an appointment but they close at 5 and i usually work till 5. honestly ridiculous

Yes. I should have checked the review. I think this Chase location has the worst customer service ever. Make sure you walk in with lots of patience and zero expectation for service. I am shocked Chase corporate has not been taking any action to improve the service at this location.

Been with Chase for a long time and usually get great customer service at all locations...but the reception/front desk staff here were downright dismissive and were not willing to make an effort to help at all... it required the front desk person to call another chase location and she unwillingly agreed to call after 3 requests and went in the back and turned up within 30 seconds saying they are not picking the phone and may be busy..within 30 seconds ?? unbelievable ..Stay away if you can.

I went there at around 1:00pm on Thursday 10/06/16 and wanted to get some help with adding a payee to my existing Chase account. I spoke with one lady who's sitting in the first cube to the right. I explained what I need and she said she couldn't help me and suggested me to call the 800 number. I told her that I already did and the Chase agent told me over the phone to come to a local branch. She repeated that she couldn't help me and insisted I should call the 800 number. I was looking in her eyes and knew what she said is totally false. I drove to another Chase branch and got the problem solved in 15 minutes. She reminded me of another Chase agent who complained multiple times when I was making a deposit over the counter. You should use the ATM machine outside, she said. After a few instances like that, I have gained enough knowledge to tell who can help and who are too lazy to do anything.

Customer service totally sucks, first lady to the right cubicle is rude, unprofessional, not having the decency to stand up and greet a customer and direct my request appropriately, this is not a first incident. Interaction/experience with branch manager very poor and a staff member that i can only assume as an assistant who was clearly visibly upset with my request for help. Is funny they look at your account and all of a sudden...oh! How can we assist you. I think taking my money to a community bank might be my next action.

The bankers are great but the tellers seem uninterested or bored. Convenient location and drive through but the drive up window tends to be slow. I prefer the atm.
