We recently bought a new king mattress from Mattress Firm in East Windsor. It was a fantastic experience and all of the mattresses were great quality. Edison helped us and he was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions accordingly. He was also very patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying out different beds and even made us aware of the different discounts/specials we could take advantage of (especially for Labor Day weekend). Highly recommend this store!

We thought it was a great experience until we realized Paul lied to us. We were supposed to get a free adjustable base with the mattress we purchased and it never happened. We had purchased a better base but still wanted the free one. He claimed he had to put it through separately. Needless to say we never received it and they didn’t return my calls. Horrible.

Visited this location seeking a newer firmer mattress. Jason assisted us, he took his time and explained everything we needed to know about the mattress and the adjustable base that we also purchased. He scheduled delivery for July 4th, the delivery men came on time and were very careful with the new set up.
