My wife and I recently purchased a plush hybrid mattress, with adjustable base. Any relevant questions regarding purchase and delivery were answered by Michael, the assistant manager at the Jersey City location. After the initial sales pitch and purchase we visited the location to pick up two pillows offered as an incentive along with the purchase. A particularly rude staffer named Cheyanne informed us that the pillow deal had been cancelled in spite of a phone call from the store manager telling us the pillows were awaiting pick up. My wife informed her that we were told by the manager that the pillows were there for us to pick up. She refused to call the manager and appeared annoyed that we were even there. When I tried to contact Nick, the manager, I was told that his cell number was private in spite of his otherwise necessary availability to field customer complaints. Not only was this fractious staffer remarkably rude and unprofessional but the pillows were already there in a backroom. Furthermore when we contacted Michael his entire personality seemed to have altered considerably from the effervescent sales mode to a dismissive tone. I have seldom encoutered such unprofessional conduct in the course of an expensive purchase such as this! Needless to say we will avoid this company in the future and warn friends and family.

The customer service is very good, the delivery was super fast, and the staff is helpful. They took my old mattress and helped take apart my old frame (the latter they aren’t required to do). Some of the products are expensive for what they are and they can be found cheaper online. That is more to do with the company than customer service. My box spring with a tear. There isn’t customer service number besides the store itself and a chat. My last mattress from Amazon had a class action lawsuit for fiberglass issues so I needed a new mattress. They finance which is helpful, you won’t have to pay upfront or owe interest. Update: Very comfortable after first night. Update Update: The customer service exceeds expectations. If you have any issue they will go out of their way to solve it. I emailed about the tear, and they reached out to me to schedule an exchange. With the 120-day guarantee and warranty I think is a good deal. I was pretty skeptical to be honest, because I hate spending money but after second night the bed is comfortable and it seems they will resolve any issue you have. Ambria was the rep I worked with and was super nice

The Jersey City location provided me with a seamless mattress sale with NO pressure whatsoever. Each sales associate kindly greeted me once I walked into the establishment and were more than willing to assist me with finding the perfect mattress. I specifically worked with sales rep. Michael, who was patient and broke down the pros of each mattress I was interested in. I recommend this location to anyone who is in need of bed/sleep essentials. I will definitely be purchasing from this location again.
