Sales person Paul is amazing. He was super sweet listen to exactly what I wanted and didn't want. And showed me only the mattresses in my criteria. There was a hiccup with delivery as i confirmed multiple times it was for today while i was there however it somehow was put in for tomorrow. Gentleman i spoke with on the phone today wasn't the best as he made it seem like it was my fault and set for tomorrow as it is stated multiple times (which is was... for today (wednesday) not tomorrow) but no problem accidents happen and a simple click on the computer was one day off no big deal. Minor inconvenience. But i will always recommend Paul moving forward

I sure hope I enjoy my new mattress. The sales person was nice but full of doubt about the delivery process. The mattress I ordered did not come in when it was supposed to but the sales person took care of it, by offering me different mattresses, different brands for around the same price, and ultimately giving me a credit for waiting for what I wanted. The merchandise was delivered, as we planned (the second time) however they were supposed to pick up my old mattress and box springs and they left me hanging! Refused to take them which doesn’t leave me real warm and fuzzy inside about using this company again. Aggravating

John was very helpful in helping me find the mattress perfect for me; he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which kind of mattress I was looking for. The customer service was amazing and he showed me a few options for me to try on my own to see what I liked best! I planned on visiting other stores later in the day, but didn't have a need to after finding just what I was looking for at Mattress Warehouse. I can't wait for my mattress to be delivered!

We worked with Paul and he was extremely helpful. He helped us pick just the right mattress for our daughter’s first “big girl” bed.
