Ryan was excellent. He did a great job of quickly helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. I was surprised how quickly everything came together especially since I only had the broadest idea what I wanted. Thanks again. Update: The delivery was quick and easy. They gave me a 2 hour window and arrived right in the middle. They quickly and efficiently set up my bed. They were very careful not to make mess.

Yesterday I visited Mattress Firm on rt 70 Cherry Hill along with my 90 year old mom who needed a new mattress. We were waited on by Ryan. We couldn’t have been happier! He treated my mom with respect, and dignity. He pulled out mattresses for her to try until she said “this is the one”. He was a pleasure to work with!!

The only thing I am happy with is the actual mattress and base that we ordered. There were so many complications with our order and many excuses as to why we kept having said complications. We ordered our new bed with an assurance that we would only need to call to set up the delivery when we were ready, this was important because we were building the house and could have a lot of variation in when this would be done. Three times over the course of a few months, I had to contact the store as I received notification that our mattress would be delivered the next day, and we did not own the house yet! Then when we were finally able to set up the delivery, I contacted the store to be informed that the order had been canceled. Additionally, when trying to evaluate what happened I came to find that not only was the charge still pending for my credit card, but that the order that was canceled was completely incorrect (two mattresses of the incorrect size and no adjustable frame). We had to drive the original copy of the order to the store for them to correct this issue. As I was trying to handle this from work, I could not drive this out. One of my family members did, and felt that the staff in the store were rather rude. They claimed that the computer made a glitch happen, canceling and changing the order. Never was an apology offered, and although not significant, we end up paying more for our order than originally charged. I will hopefully not need to purchase another mattress for sometime, however, I will never use this store location again. If you are in the market I would say, quality of the product is great, service here is sub-par so maybe look for another location.

The salesman, Alan, made it so easy that I almost couldn't believe it. The prices were good and then he added some extras 'on the house,' I can't wait to get the mattress delivered and have a good night's sleep. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

Great place to shop for a new mattress. Jeff Brown and August are very knowledgeable. We hadn't bought a new mattress for over 10 years and even though the choices were so varied, they helped us narrow down our choices based on just a few samplings in less than 15 minutes. We found the perfect mattress. Can't wait to it is delivered. I highly recommend the Marlton NJ Mattress Firm.
