I've shopped here several times and while some items are priced little higher than you'd expect, majority is pretty good price wise. The staff at my most recent visit (1 week ago) were incredibly nice and even chatted with my teen daughter assisting her in the purchasing of some jewelry. Not sure how the donations are - haven't donated there directly recently.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I tried to donate items on 7/19 and they would not take 3/4 of what I wanted to donate. One guy was really nice the other was extremely RUDE. He tried telling me that the car pet barrier I was trying to donate was in rough shape....I had only used it ONCE! They wouldn't take stuffed animals, basically brand new games, gently used kitchen items, a brand new grill cover, and Thirty One bags. I'm not sure if they are just lazy and don't want to sort stuff, or they really are being picky about what they accept. Last time I was in there (about 4 months ago) it looked bare. I asked if they were moving or closing, that's how bad it looked. So it's not that they don't have room for stuff. I won't be back here to donate or patronize. The service is horrible!!

Husband tried to donate toys, and some household really never been used. They were really rude and he was told they do not except toys. We called the corporate office to express our concern but they were just as rude. Salvation Army lost its salvation.

If I could give it no stars I would, the people in here are super rude and just nasty! Not a lick of customer service unless it’s just because I’m black! So I was on my way to check out and the store had been opened for a while it was around 3pm, I go in looked around saw a few things I wanted. So as I worked my way to checkout I greet one of the cashiers. She immediately was just like I’m not opened I have to count my draw down. So that was strike one. Then as I stood there trying to figure out if any of the other 2 cashiers were open the other cashier just stood there for a minute as if he didn’t want to service me. He saw me walk all the way to the other side of the counter just to finally say oh I can take you right here… now keep in mind I was purchasing a juicer, and I seen the plugs where the electrical stuff was but one of the workers told me they test it at the counter before we leave but when I asked the guy to test it for me. He said very rudely that they don’t do that and that I should have tested it before I came to the counter. So he basically wanted me to go all the way back over there just to test it when they had plugs up there already….. so after that 2nd rude encounter with them. I just left everything there and walked out the store because I refused to spend my money anywhere I’m not treated with respect, and great customer service. AND I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Salvation armies vary, and this is a smaller one. Good prices on furniture and household. A bit overpriced in the better clothing, but good buys can always be found there.

Sign outback said donation center open until 9pm. Employee says 5pm. Owner comment. 2pm. Well.. I guess they don't need stuff that bad. Cleaning out the apartment to move long distance. Guess it's all gets a free sign instead.

This was our favorite location.. but We found a false eyelash on a sweater.... then I went to the bathroom with 2 of my nieces... there was a worker that was cleaning the bathroom, she was DROWNING that bathroom in cleaning products... making it hard to breathe in a TINY bathroom... THEN she was coughing all over everything she JUST cleaned... disinfect to infect? I won't be back to this location.

I just drove 40 minutes to pickup a exercise bike after confirming with lady it was still available When I get there she tells me "My bad I sold that last week" Can you say angry man I'm driving back home when I look up an see a Salvation Army Store I pray "Please God have something I can use" Prayers answered $19.99 🙏 God , great journey so far thanks for not letting my trip be in vain❤️

Clean, organized, new deals every week! This is a great place to find nice deals on clothing, appliances and decor items. My husband and I have purchased numerous items over the past few years with great success. I would highly recommend anyone stop in and check out what they have top offer!
