Employee was waiting on someone and I was waiting next in line. She then proceeded to wait on another employee before me. Talking and visiting with him. My turn finally came and I was buying a bottle of DayQuil. She said hat will be $17.60. I said oh my goodness that can’t be right I just bought this a week ago for $9.00. She said it goes up a dollar every week. I said wow that’s allot of money. She clicked her tongue and said real snotty well I hope it works. I Looked at her and said so do I. I took it back to cbs on 24 mile and Hayes. I went to Walmart and they are charging $10.00 for the same bottle. Looks like price gouging and RUDE EMPLOYEE to me

Very rude employee. Uncalled for rudeness while asking about how to cash in lottery tickets (which I never do). Didn’t want to help anybody, rudely said “use self checkout”. Ridiculous.

I had a situation in the store with my reward points Dana quickly came to the rescue and did a great job very professional very courteous made things more than right CVS has a good employee when they hired Dana 👌💯👌💯

Awful customer service, accidentally left my wallet on the counter after a purchase. Returned to the store as soon as I realized what I had done, when I asked If it had been seen the lady behind the counter (I'm pretty sure she was drunk) just put her hands out spun in a circle and said yea I dunno and then moved on with her life...literally walked away from me. No offer to check a lost and found, in their office or possibly CCTV system just walked away. 6 hours and a dozen phone calls to different departments of Cvs later I'm still no further along than I was when I started. Glad to know you care about your customers.

They never have my meds in stock. I’ve been trying to fill my prescriptions here for 6 months now and they actually tell me “try another store we don’t have it.” And when I ask why can’t they just order more of the medicine, because I come in, every single month and ask for the same thing, and they can never help me. They respond with “well you have to become a regular customer.” And I ask how to do that and they reply with “well, you just have to come in when we actually have it in stock.” What sense does that make?? I’m super disappointed, and this is why they’re losing business.

Service friendly depends on staff. This is one of the closest pharmacy near my house but the service i received wasn’t mutual. Hopefully they can train the staff better!

Does cvs in this location really don't have public restrooms!!!!! Only staff restrooms. I am 7 months pregnant on my 3rd trimester. I went to this location and the cashier informed me they don't have public restroom. Is a freaked pharmacy. I am from houston tx I came to Michigan for work purpose. In my city the cvss, we have do provide public restrooms even small gas stations provide restroom. I worked in customer service and in Texas by law if you are going to sell any type of snacks. Food, you have to have a public restroom for the customers

Service here is always prompt and friendly. Almost always have my meds in stock and they send a text message when my script has been filled and is ready for pick up.
