So today at 11:30 pm i went to go get gas and i told the guy who WAS SUPPOSE TO PUMP MY GAS that the pump may not fit my tank and he told me that i need to pump my own gas. So i said fine I’ll pump my own gas which i shouldn’t had to do because that’s his job. Then he sees me struggling with trying to figure out how to work It and doesn’t say anything until i say “you see me struggling over here” and he told me what to do and then said “ I can’t just accommodate you and i have all these other cars “. there’s was two other cars that just pulled up so It was only three of us… What he should of done and said was , can i take them first and then I’ll come to you and i would of been fine with It. I went inside and talked to the manager and she was very nice and was sorry for the incident. This really upset me because i felt disrespected.

I bought the salad from wawa Marlton on 09April 2022.. As shown in the picture, i found a dead insect in the salad.. Will go to the shop to return it..

The overnight staff is amazing and friendly. They work under pressure. I’m fully aware of the help situation because it’s everywhere. Despite this they work hard even through the most difficult of situations. They should be recognized for that. I hope John the manager sees this review. Thanks.

They really have no idea how to handle online ordering. Watch your order! If they are out of something they will not remove it and refund your money, you have to make sure you do it or they will just keep your money. And every time it happens they act like its the first time so they have no idea what to do. One time (out of many) i had to argue with the cashier because he didn't refund the tax as well. There is no protocol in place to make sure you get what you order. I wonder how many people don't realize this and wawa just keeps their money.

I brought 3 cheesesteak and all of my cheesesteak were all wrong they did not put any lettuce and tomatoes on any of my sandwiches and also on one of them I paid extra for fried onion or carmelized onion and didnt get any on my sandwich either. wont buy food here again from this store

Two different maskless people came in in the amount of time it took to wait for a sandwich, with no intervention from the store staff. Either the management has failed to give them the authority to enforce both a state government mandate as well as their own policy (according to many signs throughout), or they have failed to train their staff on the need to do so

Ok. I see alot of bad reviews. I actually have no issues with this place. Since their new staff this year the service is better, friendlier, and you know what? They may have made a small mistake one time making an order for me and had no problem fixing it. As a matter of fact they where very courteous.

Went there around 5:30 pm on 8/11 and I’ll never be back. Not only was my order misplaced, it was wrong. The 3 men behind the counter were too busy talking and 2 out of 3 had their masks pulled down. It goes over your nose too, especially when dealing with food! I work at hospital and my mask is on me at all times during my 8 or 12 hour shifts. Wawa apparently doesn’t follow these rules and that’s totally GROSS.
