I can't put up any of their excuses no more saying the meds aren't ready and have to call the doctor's so I can't take this from them.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Came 24 hours early to tell them I would pick up my prescription the next day (giving them more than 24 hours notice), went the next day, waited in line for 30 minutes for me to have the associate tell me “the pharmacist has to look into this” AKA they’re all incompetent and unorganized. Waited over 45 minutes for the overwhelmed pharmacist to “look into it” had to get BACK on the line and wait again. The female employee who looks like she walked in off the street in plain clothes decided to get rude with me and start an argument because I asked if they could cancel and fill it again since THEY LOST IT. After waiting for 2 hours I left and went to another pharmacy that had my prescription ready by the next morning. This is the worst customer service by far and horrible employees. Pick a new hiring manager and pay a decent wage so you don’t have to hire uneducated, inefficient staff.

This rite aid is terrible. Whoever is in charge, doesn't know how to be in charge. Ive been going everyday to "call in my scripts" cuz they don't EVER pick up the phone and they still don't have it ready. I am late on my script. If you're looking for a pharmacy, do not use this one. I am switching. They have no idea how to be organized it's hilarious

Well for one the drive thru is closed telling you to come inside!!! Get inside the line is sooooo long waiting 45+ mins in line!! Meanwhile the worker laughing and taking his slow time with 10+ ppl in the line!!! THE WORST!!!!

As usual, I went in to rite aide today and usually I was greeted by Carlos .. no greeting at all , no smiling faces, and I was told he is no longer an employee I’m hoping it was at his discretion because he was a pleasure and a gift to the store- his work ethic and personality alone was shown immediately.. sometimes it’s nice to walk into a store and have an employee say good morning and thank you for shopping with us, so Carlos you get a 5 Star from me and my family !!! Writing this in hopes a manager will see this & you your self! We missed you today Carlos! You truly were an asset & I pray your next venture appreciates your work ethic

Today I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready to be picked up and because I was calling from my job they didn't pick up the first 6 times I called. When they finally picked up the phone the first thing that the pharmacis said was what do you want FedEx. Yes I work for FedEx but I'm a customer. I really understand that they are overwhelmed but this is unacceptable and unacceptable professional. Then while being on hold he hung up on me and had to call 2 more times before picking up. Where's the courtesy for the customers in this pharmacy.

Stay away from this pharmacy at all cost. It’ll take forever to get your medication. If you get a text that your meds are ready, expect to wait an extra half hour because they are not. Long lines, no staff, and impossible To get a human being on the phone. They can’t even operate the drive through due to staffing issues. Getting your meds here is worse then a trip to the DMV. Go to CVS.

The Pharmacy department here is terrible, I needed meds for a terrible pain I had and they didn't have it ready at all , so I suffered all night in pain, the line is crazy there and the old man that's there has a nasty attitude. Many people complain about this pharmacy, I hope it changes soon

Everytime I come here, the experience is worse and worse. The place is so bad that everyone they hire quits in an hour. They CANNOT staff this Rite Aid. Also, any review above 2 stars is absolutely fake. No one in their right mind could think this is a professional, clean, well ran store. I wish Google would allow me to take videos of the staff they do have, listening to the phone ring and NOT pick it up. WALGREENS HERE WE COME. F--K RITE AID.
