You can see and feel the honesty and their professionalism which in their type of business is very important. They have the experience and knowledge to fix any problem your vehicle may have. They always consult with the customer before getting anything done to your vehicle and they give you the best advice. Worst experience ever. We literally just left the store and had a horrible customer service experience. Lori was very rude, did not greet us and nodded us her way while she was blowing her nose. Then instead of offering us a bag, she asked if we were going to walk out with our items in hand. Not even if we wanted our glass items wrapped in paper until we asked for it. And she didn’t even say “have a nice day” or goodbye. So rude. ~Natalia

They did not give me any hassle they understood my financial situation hence reducing my monthly payment and there was no trying to upsell me which I would hate the guy knew exactly what he was talking about and it took 5 minutes it took 20 to get into the store because of regulations but covid but yes great experience just wish it was closer ~Gib

Don’t see Pete. Charged 145 dollars for a tax return on a simple W4 & unemployment for a total income of 30K that took a total of 15 minutes to file. No credits, no itemizing, Nothing. Wasn’t asked my school loans I pay money on, nothing. Worked from home, didn’t ask me about saving on that.. didn’t recommend filing for head of household, nothing. Just asked if I donated. You go to a tax person because you don’t know everything you could be getting a break on.. this guy clearly doesn’t know either. Meanwhile I paid top dollar . Then says how cool it is he was giving me a 25 dollar coupon. Yeah, probably because you ripped me off. Was supposed to be 80 dollars when I made the appointment. Could’ve paid someone 60 dollars to file them online! Also was told me paying 300 dollars was no big deal-not the end of the world. Glad to know they know my situation to think owing that when you make little to no money isn’t a big deal, especially in this economy & thats an entire paycheck for you. :) GO TO REAL ACCOUNTANTS. If you’re going to use someone from H&R Block, might as well do it yourself for FREEEE. ~Danielle

Went to the mall yesterday to buy a pair of socks for my son for school before entering this store the manager was looking through the display glass followed me up and down with a disgusted look on her face, I entered the store when to pick up the sock the manager then approached me to tell me they are closing in 2 minutes I said ok continue to look for the size that would fit she then returned to tell me she is close and she can't check me out I beg her saying ms its just a pair of socks with my son standing next to me she told me she can't she will get in trouble if she cash me out after closing and she is gonna ask me to leave or she will have to call security to escort me out. All this just for a pack of socks I have never seen white people threatening there own kind to have then removed from any store I have been in. She was very rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. Another coworker came and checked me out after I insisted that instead of calling security let's just call the cops like they always do on black people because we are the aggressors always. I will no longer be shopping here I will take my black money some place else. ~Dianndra
