Worst experience ever. We literally just left the store and had a horrible customer service experience. Lori was very rude, did not greet us and nodded us her way while she was blowing her nose. Then instead of offering us a bag, she asked if we were going to walk out with our items in hand. Not even if we wanted our glass items wrapped in paper until we asked for it. And she didn’t even say “have a nice day” or goodbye. So rude. ~Natalia
