Mike and Joe are some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. Brought my truck to them they gave me an honest run down of what it needed, fixed it at a fair price. Honest down to earth group of friendly guys highly recommend. 08/01/22-UPDATE👍 the tech staff at Mavis is awesome!!!! Brian and Durell the technicians in the back take their time to ensure your vehicle is SAFE !!!!! ...SO IMPORTANT !!!! Their Customer service is excellent as well. I originally used Mavis because A tire Tech referred me to utilize Mavis for an inspection ..I was Leary at first. due to some concerns I had from a past transaction with Mavis ( different location). Pete ( manager) assisted me, he was very patient and was able to ease my mind. Once I dropped off my vehicle I had a few questions I called and Hakim was able to answer my question professionally and accurately, as I knew the answer already but I needed to confirm they were making the correct repairs in order to pass my inspection. In addition to Pete, Jake, Hakim I also was assisted by Isaiah. Isaiah answered a ridiculous amount of questions I had while he explained my needed repairs and why the items should be fixed now instead of waiting as it would cause safety issues in the future. I was satisfied with the service at that point but was MORE elated when I picked up my car due to the Price. Pete and ALL of his staff that was working on 6/21 we're EXCELLENT.... Due to my past bad experience with a Mavis Shop I was hesitant BUT Pete and his staff took care of my car were VERY PROFESSIONAL and CHANGED my opinion entirely on Mavis. This is NOW MY GO TO SHOP.. customer service nowadays doesn't exist........ however Pete and his entire crew at Mavis provide an excellent customer service and should be ACKNOWLEDGED for that... ~Elisa

The best in the Hudson Valley. Affordable, Great service, Friendly Staff who cares about your time and theirs. You never stay longer than necessary. If you're there for a while, it's because they're making sure you're able to drive away safely with a customer satisfaction guaranteed. I won't go anywhere else. They're the best. ~Laressa
