I had a nail in my tire and the manager was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and found me four new tires on a day that they would normally be closed. They were extremely efficient with exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone!

This place is great. I had 4 new tires and brake pads replaced . Service was excellent and much less expensive that most places around. From making an appointment with Candace to Chris at the desk. Both very kind and professional. I highly recommend👍🏻

Chris and Nelson were extremely responsive, honest, and helpful. I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it the same day along with an alignmentthat was needed. My truck runs as smooth as when I first purchased it. HIGHLY recommend this Mavis over other local tire stores. Told me to change the brake pads, strutts and rotor (both front and rear). when I took the car back, it started shaking whenever car went above 23-30 (was not shaking earlier when put the gas pedal on). Took to other mechanic and he told me that Mavis damaged passenger side accel! Not ever taking my car there! Pathetic. Wish could give ZERO stars. It costed my $1500 + $500 extra!

The best in the Hudson Valley. Affordable, Great service, Friendly Staff who cares about your time and theirs. You never stay longer than necessary. If you're there for a while, it's because they're making sure you're able to drive away safely with a customer satisfaction guaranteed. I won't go anywhere else. They're the best.

I came in got 4 new tires (including the warranty as recommended), a wheel alignment, and oil change all for a great price! They even offered a payment plan via FlexShopper. The manger Chris Miller let me know they were currently short on staff (at the time) but still managed to get my car done in a reasonable time. Good service!

Left a huge nail in my tire and said nothing was wrong with it. I was told that nothing was wrong and the desk guy winked at me and told me to leave him a google review because he wasn’t going to charge me for just looking. My tire went flat again and I found the giant nail in my tire. Pathetic.
