They did not give me any hassle they understood my financial situation hence reducing my monthly payment and there was no trying to upsell me which I would hate the guy knew exactly what he was talking about and it took 5 minutes it took 20 to get into the store because of regulations but covid but yes great experience just wish it was closer

I’m giving 2 stars because the internet service is fine and does what its supposed to. But I don’t know if it was this location or spectrum as a whole, but I kept a private number for 2 years and never got a single outside/spam/scam/telemarketer call or anything like that. The moment I left the parking lot of this place after giving them my number for my internet service, I was flooded for months with spam calls from Africa and all sorts of places. I would accidentally pick up and get charged with long distance calls and have to contact my phone service provider to explain and have them remove the charges. My phone was constantly ringing from different numbers all night after hours 2-6am waking me up. I had to turn of the notifications to people not in my contacts and miss important calls. So like I said. The internet is fine but either someone was selling my info at this location or spectrum as a whole was, even though they claim they don’t in their policy. They stopped after a few months. And if I was a day late on a bill, the spam calls would start up again and it wasn’t spectrum calling. Wasn’t a coincidence.

Terrible service and customer service!!! You will not receive a call back from a manager if lucky enough you'll get a supervisor who can't be bothered with your call so they hang up!!! If you are paying for a service which randomly increases you have every right to be upset. They'll pretend not to see your name listed in the account so they don't have to talk to deal with you or your issue!!! Cannot wait to be out of the spectrum range!!! They're prices are just as bad as verizon but least I didn't have any issues logging into my account and my own password!!!

I went in on a Saturday at the last minute and Tyrone was nice enough to help me out. Gave me a new box and even asked questions I didn't think to ask. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. I was dreading going because I thought there would be long lines right before they closed. Tyrone made my first visit there great!
