Well on August 3, 2022 I received a call from Car town Motors. And I was told that it appears that I Purchase the GMC for My daughter in OkC. Because the Vehicle appeared to be at My daughters house for 66 days . and because her name appears to be on Our Insurance as a driver. Yes she is and had been for years . My daughter who lives. In OKC and have for years who had a Vehicle of her own that we have her a few years ago . I had Personal Reasons why Me myself and the Vehicle was in OKC that's not busness of car town. And she told me I can come and get the Vehicle if I come in and pay the tow fee and the pass due payments and have it put in. A shop to have A Motor put in it. Are they series ? Why would I Continue to make payments on a Vehicle that's not doing me any good. And that's paper work on they vehicle match the address where the Vehicle was that I had towed there to my daughters house. Maybe I should have left it at the Walmart there miles from my daughters house. So what I'm wondering do anyone children have paper work that happen to be in yourIf they wantII don'tI don't really vehicle ? They motor went out on me in OKC and that's leads to me Purchasing the Vehicle For my daughter just because her Name is on my Ins as a driver. Now they can Put a repossessionPut a repossession onPut a repossession on myPut a repossession on my name.

Recently bought a 2013 sonata here. It’s about a month into owning it and it seems like the starter is going out. They are willing to help cover the repairs at a local shop, or replace it for free if I bring it to them. Not what you’d expect from a smaller dealership! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Easy financing. And they have no problem going out of their way to help you! They are a bit out of the way, but well worth the drive!!!

They sold me a lemon 🍋 to begin with, then when discussing all the things that needed to be fixed they acted as if they didn't hear the problems on the car when they drove it. 😳 The brakes were HORRIBLE, so EMBARRASSING! After a couple visits and the problem was never fixed, I decided to pay nothing more on it and have them just pick it up. I didn't feel particularly welcome anyway, but I do appreciate the Bible in every car touch!

I am on my 2nd vehicle with Cartown Motors. My first vehicle, unfortunately, was totaled from being in a wreck. I am so sad as I loved that car and had many compliments. I am so impressed with their customer service, loyalty to the customers and the Godly heart of understanding. In the time of being out of a vehicle this family truly helped me see the better of the other side and helped me on my down payment so I could purchase another vehicle. They have been telling me that my car payments will start showing on my credit and this way back in may and guess what still waiting they keep telling they are working on it and it could be another couple of months. I told them i needed a good running gas saver car because i have to drive to dallas with my 8 month daughter several times a month and now the transmission slips and i told them about it and they said did you have it looked at it couldnt be that i had a man drive it and he said it was the transmission. I have never ever been late on a payment i have always been ahead and paid early

Sold me a lemon and refuse to give me a replacement I financed a car in February and it’s been breaking down every two weeks and they can’t do anything to help me. When approached about the situation we were told they aren’t going to do anything even though they replaced the engine with a junkyard engine which wasn’t disclosed in the contract . We can keep playing these games. I will keep posting this review even though they delete them. It’s a scam. I’m a mom of 3. Now I’m stuck with these payments for a car that doesn’t work properly and is unreliable. Worst mistake.
